She actually suggested that I go to Staples or Best Buy instead almost immediately. All I requested is that before she took my laptop that I can speak with a technician. You would think local businesses would help each other out. Not the case... It was at the point it would have cost me over 800 bucks to fix it. I called around, some places never called be back or they wanted a ridiculous amount of money to look at. As I was doing research on repair places I came across Computer Serenity. Robert called be back.I explained the problem. He said he would come out and look at. I was so impressed that he would come to me. I wouldn't have to lug the big heavy computer out some where. He looked at while he here. SCORE! I needed to have this done all along and never actually did it. I was planning to have the tv mounted, buy a long cord to plug it in and then once I had the chance, I'd get that outlet installed to make life easier. I didn't realize this at time but when I purchased his services on Amazon, I didn't just hire any old person to come and mount my television. I hired a licensed electrician! He installed my power outlet, mounted my television, concealed both the power and cable wires and even marked my electrical box in the basement! He did a hell of a lot more than those Geeks at Best Buy! (That's a fact, btw, I'm speaking from experience). There was an additional charge for installing the power outlet but it was a very reasonable price. He was very patient, didn't rush through his work and made sure we were happy .
