This was a pretty interesting experience. When I walked in, there was a front desk where a friendly lady (At the time) is there to help customers out if they have any questions or new like me. She will walk you through every step of what machine sizes you need based on your load and type of laundry. The machines themselves are relatively self-explanatory, as far as, wash type and water temperature needed for the washing machine's and drying temperatures for the dryers. They have a cash to card system where you put in a certain amount of cash on a card she provides you based on the machine used. Once that is determined, she'll then proceed to take the cash amount provided and use a touchscreen kiosk to transfer the cash to the card. There is a $1 deposit for the use of the card which gets returned back afterwards, as long as, you didn't lose it. Any amount still left on the card at the end of your washing/drying experience gets returned to you including the deposit. The facilities at this location is very clean and large enough to accommodate the decent number of people. There is a snack machine, arcade machines, TV, plenty of seating, laundry soap machine dispenser, and restrooms for the customers comfort. They also provide throughout the facilities these laundry rolling carts to transfer your laundry around the facilities and/or back-and-forth to and from your car, etc. Anytime I have a special load that can't be used in my home washing machine and dryer, I will definitely consider this place again next time. Sidenote: they do offer laundry services here for those that do not want to wait in the laundromat. The staff here will do them for you for a fee.

Washer kept giving error in rinse cycle & now will not even start. We came here about 1100 AM on a Saturday. First of all, these speed Queen washers are the bomb. I saw people loading a whole baseball team worth of clothes & they just got swallowed right up. Dryers are huge too. No noise or broken machines when they are running. Now the price is high for this; starting at $7.50 for the washer & $3.25 for the dryer. I can't complain as I already spent $300 on a dryer, THIS WEEK. LOL. Attendant was cleaning the store the whole time & the Gator Ade Zero is a cheap as the water. Comfortable seats & clean restrooms. Even after I get my washer fixed, I'll probable be back. 5-stars

It was clean and machines were working and it had tons of games and room for everyone to sit while doing their laundry. Our washer broke so we decided to come here since it was nearby. I felt safe and it took a total of 45 minutes to do two big loads of laundry. They had all sizes of washers and dryers for your use. $6.50 for a wash and $1.50 for drying was a good deal. I would definitely go back if needed. It's also open 24 hours so can't beat that!

The even have a few tv's and a jukebox to listen to some music (pay of course) Plenty of carts to use to move your laundry around, and they have big and medium sized available. I took a star away because each time I'm here, there are loud and very rude customers! Taking up multiple washers/dryers/tables as if They are the only ones in the place. Screaming across the laundrymat at their kids or relatives. Only other con is that there is a lack of seats for people to use while waiting for their laundry to finish. I come here a few times a month to clean bedding, and every time I'm here there has been a few customers that make my time here very annoying (and who needs that on laundry day??) Staff has always been friendly and kind, facilities are clean and I have only seen a few dryers out of order last visit, but were fixed by this visit. There and I'm carrying 4 baskets and ect comforters doing laundry for my children and I'm about 95 pounds so yeah whatever cart was next to me I was using and nobody was even in there except for this nice man who helped me carry out my baskets because I was too uncomfortable to use any of the carts I told her I would just go back to my other laundry mat since I'm such a problem and then she proceeded to tell me that she's gonna call the police on me. so I wouldn't go here they might call the cops on you for using their cart

Before visiting the location I called ahead to make sure I could get some shirts laundered and pressed for a weekend trip. I was assured that if I brought my items in at 7:00 am that I could pick them up at 7:00 am the next day. I didn't quite arrive at 7:00 am but that wasn't the issue. There was some type of maintenance going on which prevented the turnaround time I'd been told. It was disappointing but not the end of the world. I picked up my items after my extended weekend. The folks over there seem very friendly and pleasant. The prices seem to be competitive. I'm sure I will be back to get a feeling about them being my new neighborhood cleaners.

And I say "domestically viable" having a plethora of home skills that have served me well and they came from a strict household as a boy, that one step outta line and your better off running away then stepping inside. Add in military school and a stint in retail while in college and my folding was and reminds tight and right and I take a level of pride in this toil. I'm thinking about this as I flush for quarters, I'm not star struck at all, but I saw Neil Diamond buying underwear in Macy's on Queens Blvd when I worked there in highschool, his hair was perfect. I had just found a deal on TIDE Pods in a gas station of all places so I walked in with confidence and slashed the cellophane wrapping which wasn't too easy and positioned it against the plastic trap to do it's drips which I wasn't excessively confident about. Everyone else has powders and jugs of pouring liquids and a had these little psychedelic grenades and the other two patrons were doing six machines each and one stole my knife that I used to cut my pods. Then this frumpy angry person saunters in, just the worst vibration person I ever had to encounter here in Ellentown and that's not my way to pick up on that frequency so I shucked and jived keeping her at the opposite direction of me as I tried to slam quarters into the machine that kept kicking them back to me, you needed a little top spin to snug it in the slit. You want warmer water, feed more quarters - start the machine and wait. TV is gross so I went outside and stretched and thought about the wonderful day that I threw my SONY Trinitron out the second floor window of my townhouse and damaged the tub roof and what a POP sound it made upon crashing down on my walkway - twisted metal everywhere, it was great - so liberating, that was 2007 and I e been off the flashing box ever since. What a rip the dryer is, I'm like to impressed with myself about my TIDE Pods and I'm tossing quarters every three minutes into this hungry spinning beast.
