Pizza was okay. Like being able to pick toppings. Saw sign offering keto friendly crust made from cheese and cauliflower. Nothing saying it was 4.50 upcharge. No one said anything about that until pizza made and paying for it. That means $14.49 for a pizza that is personal size. We arrived in lumberton for the night in route to florida. We were hungry for a lite dinner and Your Pie was directly across the driveway from our hotel, Marriott Spring Hill Suites. Seemed easy enough, we asked if they would deliver and they said to the hotel lobby. So we ordered a 10" pie with a variety of meats and veggies on it along with a chopped salad. We received a call from downstairs to say it was there within 15 minutes. Easy enough! The pie was nice and hot. Unfortunately they did not include plates or enough plastic wear for two people. Considering we are in a hotel you would think they would. We were given one fork. The pie was delicious and hot. The chopped caprese salad was just ok, it really wasn't chopped, pieces were still pretty large, especially the lettuce and cheese, tomatoes were really all that had been chopped. I was in from out of town and staying at the hotel in the same parking lot. I was excited to order some pizza and tried calling repeatedly. I could never get an answer so I ordered on-line and paid. Within 5 minutes, I got a call from the restaurant that they could not fulfill my order. At that time, I canceled the order and was told I would be getting a refund. I did receive a partial refund but not the full amount. I have tried to call repeatedly across numerous days and can never get an answer. I have left messages asking for a call back and that has not brought me any closer to a resolution either. Since I have zero ability to review their food, I can only rate off the service. If I could give lower than a 1, I would. I understand that staffing can be challenging but I have called at "off-times" and simply asked for a call back at their convenience. Great concept but I've been here twice and cleanliness does not appear to be a priority. Been to Blaze and Pi Craft in various locations and the energy from the staff is better at those places. NY vs NC not sure if that matters but the NY experiences have been the better. Personality of the staff can set the experience. Beers are great just confusing on where you order a beer ... the unmanned bar or the pizza line? Again we'll intended poorly executed in my opinion. read more

I recently went to your pie, and ordered the pizza below. They allowed me to mix two of the sauces which made this pizza absolutely delicious. It was made just the way I pictured it. It comes out piping hot! It was a thin crust pizza with the right amount of toppings for myself. When we arrived the line was out the door but they got everyone in at a pretty fast pace. The pie tasted good but was cold. We ordered a ceaser salad and there was no dressing on the salad. We had the order for delivery, to a hotel right across the driveway. No napkins or plastic silverware were delivered, so we had to go back down to the hotel lobby for those items. read more

We have had dinner at this restaurant-outdoors- 3 times. Food was fresh . We were very disappointed to see some of the employees with sloppy masks. I did mention to the 1 gal that she is supposed to cover her nose. Her response was that it always falls -NOT ACCEPTABLE! Get a proper mask that FITS properly. Sloppy management if the employees!!! Next gal was putting the pizza boxes together, breathing and talking over them while wearing her mask as a CHIN STRAP. Again, NOT ACCEPTABLE!!!! Again, sloppy management! All the other employees were properly masked but obviously ignored the obvious POORLY masked coworkers.we are in the midst of a pandemic that is only growing worse. Here's the good! The pizza was amazing - fresh ingredients and priced just right. We thought it was going to perfect - live music and then........I would have given "Your Pie" five stars if they hadn't forgotten to make my husband's pie and then when we had to reorder his pizza and order my son's it took over 40 minutes just to order and even when it was finished I had to tell the workers it was finished. The manager just said"Sorry, it was very busy and chotic." Honestly, that was true but not an excuse to leave numerous people without their dinner and waiting a second time to order and wait again. We don't live here but I am hoping that this location gets more workers and trains them ( knowing what goes on vertain pies, having enough pizza markers for orders taken and finding a system to make sure people get what they ordered.) Locals should try this not on a Friday night - it's probably better when not so busy - ask the manager. read more

Pizza was good, cheese sticks were a bit too dark on the bottoms and you could taste it. Biggest disappointment was that we ordered the family pack which was suppose to come with 4 brownies but instead we had 2 extra cheese pizzas when we got back to our room and no brownies.
