I have a very basic membership; that said the standard should be the same for all memberships regardless. The equipment holster is broken, many of the vacuums are not working or not there altogether. Things have definitely changed. When I inquired a few months ago, I was told they had complaints and were working on the situation, yet when I was there two days ago, nothing had changed. I would like to give 3 1/2 stars for this review but I'll err on the higher side…read more I got my car detailed as a gift for Mother's Day yesterday. Having done a Yelp event about car detailing I had knowledge and expectations of how the car should be cleaned inside. And my car has been making trips back and forth to Pittsburgh so it really needed a good cleaning. But it wasn't in the category of dirty car horror stories that the car detailer described by any stretch. As I was taught by the zoom program I emptied the entire car of everything before it was taken in for cleaning. I also left all the hidden and not hidden cup holders and compartments open to make sure that they were given the best possible opportunity to get the car as clean as possible. The most important part was the space between the console and the seat. That skinny space you drop things in but can't fit your hand in to clean it up. And of course underneath the seats where the stuff that fell between seat and the console rolled. How did it turn out? Well it was returned to me at about 6:30 at night. It looked good but let me say that I did find a French fry underneath the drivers side seat. They left instructions to leave the windows cracked to let the car dry out. That's not an option if you don't have a garage that locks or a garage at all. Nor should the car be that wet. But in any case I wasn't going to be able to open the windows till this morning. When I got in the car this morning, I thought that I needed to turn on the windshield wipers because the windows were covered in dew or rain. But in fact that rain was on the inside of the car. The windows were so wet in fact that my inspection sticker was soaked and coming off the window and I couldn't drive at all. Even trying to drive wasn't possible with the defrosters on full blast and Kleenex to dry the front window. I had to wait in the driveway for some time till I could get going. When I returned from my errands I took my mats out of the plastic bag and put them on the driveway to dry and left the windows open to dry. I sincerely hope it doesn't rain in my car tomorrow. Overall they did a good job but there shouldn't have been any French fries under anything and the car should definitely have been dryer. What machine are they missing that they should have that would make it possible to have a dry car? They definitely need to invest in that machine.

It's a Friday is 3 PM. I'm not an MNT bank account holder. I went with my personal debit card and my debit card was not returned. I had to be on the phone for 30 minutes just to get a complaint formally submitted. I also went to the MNT on Main Street up the way from Delta sonic they couldn't do anything either. This is unacceptable. The security phone number on the ATM does not do anything. The customer service 800 number doesn't also do anything.

The associate who took my service request, was very friendly and did provide good suggestions. Not a detail pricing expert as I don't do it often, but I felt the services that were provided were worth what I paid. I will definitely try maintain and use the interior services again. Although the car did not get clean clean, but again it was in bad shape, so I couldn't complain. Few more should look like knew! My only pain point with delta sonic is the construction of ALL their shops not just this one. It's very stressfully to me trying to get to the car wash entrance. Everyone does not follow the every other car rule and it can't get ugly in that line!

That's right, 2700 miles in a truck with a toddler and two animals. The cat puked, the dog spilled our drinks everywhere, the kid pretended french fries were confetti and tossed them everywhere. Diapers were changed on the shoulder of highways in the backseat... I hope the picture I'm painting for you is how dirty that truck was inside. Like, hopelessly filthy. Since my husband won't take his truck someplace to get detailed and cleaned and I find driving his truck nerve racking I was desperate to find a mobile service that does this. I was Yelping for some help and I found ABC Detailing and saw that they offer the mobile service. I emailed them and Scott, the owner was very quick to respond and help me get something scheduled for him to come and clean my husband's filth truck. Scott came and spent several hours cleaning the inside and outside of the truck. The inside was the most damage and Scott made it look showroom clean, like every little crevice and space is clean. You would never know how dirty it was before! He really did a great job and worked very hard on it. He charged a VERY reasonable amount for this. I got my Subaru detailed at Delta Sonic about a month or so ago and spent more money and it wasn't nearly as clean inside. In the future, Scott and ABC is who I'm going to call when the toddler or animals make the car/truck a disaster.

Also has gas and a convenience store with Lebanese food. This wash can be a little on the pricy side compared to some of the cheap ones but they do a good job so it's not bad. My main problem is that some of the people working here are not friendly at all. I got yelled at randomly a couple of times. Meh.
