Greetings Aaron, I…read morejust wanted to let you know about the GREAT service we received today when we brought our car in for service. Aaron you greeted us with a smile and was ready to assist us. Which others just watched us stand in the bay area, then we we entered the service area they ignored us, but you acknowledged us and tried to get us help while you were setting up your terminal. Another service person took our information and pointed towards the waiting instructing us where to go and wait. But later I watched how you walked your customers to the waiting area and let them know about the coffee area and restrooms. I hope that your service manager reads this post and let's his other service reps know how ro treat customers based upon your skill level and not make customers feel like we are a burden to them. We will be back to work with Aaron to get other work done on both of our cars. Thank you Aaron Haji.

Every time I brought my truck here it was always something I "needed done". This most recent time... new front brakes and roters... $1000. Took it someplace else for them to fix the oil leak and found out I needed a new front caliper and brakes and roters. Something this place missed when my truck was just there. Got allllll the work done plus the botched oil change and STILL came out cheaper. Called to speak with the GM and I STILL haven't heard anything from this man. He just put it off on the service director who called me to say that I was basically full of crap and he "found it hard to believe his workers would miss me needing a caliper and the other place was just trying to get over on me" . After I laughed I told him to have the GM call me like I initially requested. STILL haven't heard anything. Crickets. This place is a sham for a company. My truck doesn't even have 36k miles on it. I will NEVER take my truck her for service or buy a vehicle from these people. Don't be a woman... they will not pay you ANY attention. Thank you Mavis Tires for fixing the issues these people caused me! What a joke! Oh and GM "customer service" is no help either. SMH

When we arrived we were greeted by Dave Bautista which promptly showed us the vehicle we were interested in. We negotiated a deal and drove home in our Q7. What I really like about Dave is the level of customer service during and after the purchase of the vehicle. He gave out his personal cell number and kept in touch days after the purchase to ensure we were satisfied. That to me speaks a million words in this day and age where customer service is non existent. In addition the sr. Sales Manager, Shaun made sure that any defects we discovered on the vehicle would be tended to. Everything was given to us in writing. Despite the negative reviews as other have left, please understand that no business is perfect. Give them a chance to make things right before you post a negative review. In conclusion we are very please with our experience and how we were treated after the sale. Well done, Dave and we wish you many more sales!

I actually didn't plan to buy a car at all - it was in the back of my mind, but when I went to the dealership it was just to have a recall service performed on my 2017 RAV4. I've loved that car for many years, but it was past time for a few upgrades. I ended up test driving and buying a 2024 RAV4 - everything I loved about the first one, just BETTER. My wife ended up joining me for the test drive, and bought herself a Jeep Gladiator on the same day! Our sales associate, Naser, was terrific. He was present and answered all questions, but at no point was he pushy or insistent. He couldn't have been easier to work with. The same can be said for Ruben, who handled the financing end of things. All in all, I had a wonderful experience at AutoNation!

***DO NOT REPAIR OR SERVICE YOUR CAR HERE***…read more They literally tried to scam my girlfriend whom I warned about this dealership. Looks fine to buy a car but HORRIBLE service center. I'm not a mechanic, I just worked on them since I was 12. Took automotive classes. We bought a Toyota Camry for our 16 year old. It ran lean and looked like an 8 year old tried tinkering on it with broken connectors everywhere. I repainted and fixed them all. Cleaned it up under the hood. Fixed the oil leaks and tuned up the engine. I couldn't figure out the running lean and I don't have anything to hook up to diagnose it. My girlfriend insisted she wanted the dealership so dropped it off to AutoNation mall of Georgia. They took several days and came back it was a $2000 ECM. What?!? She authorized the repair as they told her their master mechanic assures that's it. Guess what, it wasn't. They then said (even though it's the same code, running lean, the car had a bad engine fuse block.... WHAT?!? I got involved at this point as I saw them ripping off my girlfriend. We went down and I demanded they give us the car and put our old ECM back in. They said it was bad. I asked if they tested the ECM??? They said they don't know. I asked them to at least let me have the old one back. At first they agreed. Then after going to their mechanic, they came back and said the old ECM was shipped to "corporate".... WHAT?!! Now enters the service manager. He was bipolar as I was calm and never raised my voice then suddenly he started yelling loudly at me. Asked me why i didn't fix it! I explained the absurdity of their mechanics diagnose there. Demanded them to release the car, give it back the way we brought it there. Ended up having to pay $900 instead of the $2K bill. Took it to a competent shop, diagnosed with 220cc injectors and should have been 240cc ones. They confirmed it was nothing to do with the ECM nor the fuse block. Don't get your car serviced here. Their mechanics are horrible and their service manager should be fired before he snaps again on someone.

Was told diagnostic may take time. James told me he can reserve me a loaner but waitlist is a month. So I reschedule for a month out per his recommendation. A month later, I'm told James called out of work and didn't reserve a loaner. Another advisor Quentin took over and said they can give me a loaner tomorrow. The next day at dropped off I said I may need an oil change too. He said he will look into the history and will let me know. When I went to get my car, Quentin wasn't there. Oil change was done and the 30k free service used. My car only had about 18k, why they didn't use the 20k service. I was annoyed but didn't have time to ask. Next visit, while waiting I asked Asmir about the service. He look into it and saw that the 10K service expired and so the previous owner used the 20K service which is why they 30k service. I appreciated it, so I started booking with him. No issues for a few visits. Last visit- I booked with Asmir on Friday 8am for A/C issues. I usually drop my car off the night before. At drop off, I handed Quentin my keys and I told him I had an appt tomorrow with Asmir, told him about A/C issues and also mentioned that I notice some paint chipping off my rims. Him and the assistant manager looked at the rims and said that it looks like they have been repainted (before I bought the car?) but that they can try to push the claim through for underlying problem since you can see where the original manufacturer paint was chipping, and it shouldn't be a problem. Friday morning, 2 hrs after my appt I get text/emails from VW of me missing my appt. I told them my car was already there. I then got busy with work, so about 5pm, I gave VW a call. Will from the front answered. I asked him about the status and he said my car is currently in diagnostic. I asked if the rims were noted and he said no. He then transferred me to Quentin. Quentin tells me that Asmir called out and that no one knew my car was there so it has not been touched. (Even though he took my keys from me less than 24hrs earlier). When questioned about the appt and Will lying, he said they don't have a process for when someone calls out. Sounds like poor management. I asked when to expect an update as I can't go without a car. He put me on hold, upon return, he said he got me a loaner with no wait and that he checked in my car. Great! 4 days later-no update. I texted; Quentin told me it's still in queue. I called and asked to speak to a supervisor; Sead was "busy" and sent me to VM, I left a VM and asked to be called back- no response. 4 hrs later, I texted and said I will be showing up if I don't hear back. Immediately, Asmir texts and says he was looped in by Sead bc the service line was "blowing up" and that Quentin is out with Covid (even though I was texting with him that morning). I asked him to call me, when he did I asked was Sead who I left a VM asking for a call back. He said yes and apologized that Sead should've called me. He assured my car will be seen asap and not worry as he is taking over. I trusted him so I agreed. Wednesday comes and go, still no activity on my car- Thursday morning I am told that the tech will pull my car in soon. By 12, I called as my car is still untouched since the day I dropped it off. Asmir said he will go see what's up. Within 21 mins of pulling my car in-I am told that the claim was denied due to prior alterations on the rims and that they flushed the system and recharged it with Freon- A/C seems to be fine. I asked was there anything thar can be done about the rim as the original paint coming off under the repaint and if something wasn't wrong, why would all 4 rims need to be repaired in the first place. They said my carfax report has CarMax painting the rims, so no. I asked for a copy of the denial and was told "I can see if I can get a copy". Then they said the claim advisor is on site and said that VW will not consider the claim so no claim was submitted. I was then informed told that Sead wanted to speak about the warranty situation in person. I told Asmir I can come in morning and was told that Sead will be in. When I showed up, I was told Sead is out for the day-shocker! The warranty advisor is sitting 10ft away and didn't bother to say anything. Prior to buying the car- I pulled a full Carfax report- no mention of repair. At this point, I gave back the loaner, took my car and left. I wasted too much time with this place. I will gladly take my car to another VW dealership. And guess what, my rims got repaired, free of charge- just no thanks to this place.

He sat down with us to discuss what we were looking for and he started the hunt to find exactly what we wanted. He went as far as looking at other dealerships to see if they had any vehicles that had everything we needed and found us the perfect one. Lewis went above and beyond and we are so grateful for all of his hard work! Tyler Lachniet in Finance was also kind, helpful and did his best to keep us close to our budget. I already looked at their inventory and picked out 2025 Mazda CX-5 Reserve in Soul Red CPO. I had called ahead to make sure it was still available and made an appointment for 5:30. We arrived and were greet by Lewis Moats. The car was waiting for us by the front door. After copying my wife's license, we were off on the test drive. The route was a blend of curvy back road to a ride on the highway to get a good feel of the car. Lewis got quiet when asked so we car hear how quiet the car was and there were no strange noises. My wife loved the handling and the power on tap when needed. Zoom Zoom it is. When we got back to the dealership we met with the sales manager, Carly Vendemia, to go over the numbers. I remembered her as the finance person who helped me buy my 2021 Mazda CX-5 Reserve which shows this is not a turn over dealer but one where people stay and get promoted. She and I went over the numbers. I showed her my research on my trade and she showed me hers and we met at a number we both agreed on. I also filled out the coupon on their website and got an additional $500 off. Next stop finance. Fabian Jackson handled the finance part. He was professional and showed me all the options. Since it was a CPO and had warranties all we needed was the oil change package which gets you 6 oil changes with tire rotation and inspection every time you come in. I got it when I got my 2021 and it is well worth it. He was unable to match my interest on the CPO that I was able to get from my credit union but they came close. Last step was Lewis Moats, a great salesman, who patiently sat with my wife in her new car showing her all the options and controls. He didn't rush her and she asked question after question. He also programmed the car play to work with her phone. She was happy and drove home with a smile. There are a lot of dealers out there but this is one you should shop at. They care for their employees and it shows. I have seen the same service people for years and one became the service manager. They explain everything that needs to be done and fix it right the first time.
