The owner assured me that it was great and wasn't in any accident. He even said the car is in such a good shape that he thinks it was garage kept. I sell lots of cars to out of state customers and I never lie to them about the condition of the car. I tell them straight forward wether it's a piece of shit or its great and I take pictures of every damage and disclose it before they fly or drive in. Car smells like it's been flooded. Plus So far it needs - Three window regulators - sanding, buffing and waxing, - sunroof is leaking - airbag light is on - traction control light is on - front bumper is cracked - rear bumper is cracked - needs 4 new tires - nav screen is burned - rear navigation unit is fried - windshield cracked- - fog light burnt - every speaker is blown - need every single control arm Now, most of the mechanical stuff I expected but he said THE PAINT IS IN THE GREAT SHAPE AND ITS NEVER BEEN WRACKED. Well I lifted the spare tire and found a major damage to the body, when he was telling me the car was never wrecked. Good luck buying cars or doing any sort of business with that shop.

When we arrived we were greeted by Dave Bautista which promptly showed us the vehicle we were interested in. We negotiated a deal and drove home in our Q7. What I really like about Dave is the level of customer service during and after the purchase of the vehicle. He gave out his personal cell number and kept in touch days after the purchase to ensure we were satisfied. That to me speaks a million words in this day and age where customer service is non existent. In addition the sr. Sales Manager, Shaun made sure that any defects we discovered on the vehicle would be tended to. Everything was given to us in writing. Despite the negative reviews as other have left, please understand that no business is perfect. Give them a chance to make things right before you post a negative review. In conclusion we are very please with our experience and how we were treated after the sale. Well done, Dave and we wish you many more sales!

During the first call, he hung up on me. When I called back and mentioned it, he said, "I was done with the call." I requested the out-the-door price and later texted asking for the vehicle's mechanical information and an explanation of the dealer fees. I received no response. When I called back to follow up, Andrew became argumentative, raised his voice, and stated that I was "pissing him off" and "getting on his nerves." I was simply asking questions about a vehicle I was considering spending thousands of dollars on. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this dealership. Potential customers should be able to ask reasonable questions and receive basic courtesy and professionalism.

I contacted them immediately, and they instructed me to take it to a repair facility for diagnosis, which I did. The warranty company later denied coverage because the truck was sold and advertised with 188,998 miles, but diagnostic reports showed the actual stored mileage was 305,341 miles. I provided the dealership with all supporting evidence, yet they refused to take the truck back or offer a proper resolution. The only assistance they offered was wholesale labor and parts. Based on my experience, I will not purchase from them again. Buyers should be aware and use extreme caution before doing business with this dealership.

Pinnacle made our neighborhood entrance sign and after several issues with the production and…read moreinstallation we finally got a sign installed that was acceptable. Unfortunately, a year and a month after the final installation the sign began popping off the brick monument. Once the sign was pulling away from the sign we could see that their installer used a 2" screw to attach a 1 1/4" thick HDU sign to the brick. Anyone would know that a 2" screw is not near enough to affix the sign properly. We consider this a latent and inherent defect that we could only see once the installation failed. After contacting them on four occasions over the next month of so and getting promised that "they would be out" and we were "about to get on the schedule", they sent me an email stating it would cost $450 to repair the sign because it had been longer than one year since installation. No where on our agreement or on their web site was there any warranty length stated. The owners of the company have dug their heels in and are standing firm that the repair cost ($450) is our responsibility to pay before they will put proper length screws in the signs. Buyer beware!
