The owner assured me that it was great and wasn't in any accident. He even said the car is in such a good shape that he thinks it was garage kept. I sell lots of cars to out of state customers and I never lie to them about the condition of the car. I tell them straight forward wether it's a piece of shit or its great and I take pictures of every damage and disclose it before they fly or drive in. Car smells like it's been flooded. Plus So far it needs - Three window regulators - sanding, buffing and waxing, - sunroof is leaking - airbag light is on - traction control light is on - front bumper is cracked - rear bumper is cracked - needs 4 new tires - nav screen is burned - rear navigation unit is fried - windshield cracked- - fog light burnt - every speaker is blown - need every single control arm Now, most of the mechanical stuff I expected but he said THE PAINT IS IN THE GREAT SHAPE AND ITS NEVER BEEN WRACKED. When I arrived, I began looking at the car, which was unlocked, when someone, possibly the owner or manager, pulled up next to me in a black Range Rover and told me I shouldn't be looking through the cars without checking in first. As someone who has purchased more than 25 cars in my life, I found this response completely off-base. The standard experience at a dealership is that a salesperson greets you when you arrive, not that the customer has to go hunting for someone to help them. If your policy is that customers need to check in before viewing vehicles, then you should lock the cars or clearly post a sign stating that. Otherwise, it's perfectly reasonable to assume unlocked cars on an open lot are available for browsing. This dealership lost a cash sale due to poor customer service. Rather than approaching with a greeting or offering help, the first interaction was a correction. A simple "Welcome, how can I help you?" would've changed everything. I won't be buying from them, and I wouldn't recommend the experience to anyone who values respectful, professional service.

I know this is a used car lot, but they perform no maintenance on these vehicles in preparation for a sale. I am now stuck with a $4,000 bill to replace the transmission in the car. In the least, the vehicles are only cleaned and detailed in preparation for viewing. They don't bother to do any maintenance before selling to customers! Pinnacle made our neighborhood entrance sign and after several issues with the production and…read moreinstallation we finally got a sign installed that was acceptable. Unfortunately, a year and a month after the final installation the sign began popping off the brick monument. Once the sign was pulling away from the sign we could see that their installer used a 2" screw to attach a 1 1/4" thick HDU sign to the brick. Anyone would know that a 2" screw is not near enough to affix the sign properly. We consider this a latent and inherent defect that we could only see once the installation failed. After contacting them on four occasions over the next month of so and getting promised that "they would be out" and we were "about to get on the schedule", they sent me an email stating it would cost $450 to repair the sign because it had been longer than one year since installation. No where on our agreement or on their web site was there any warranty length stated. The owners of the company have dug their heels in and are standing firm that the repair cost ($450) is our responsibility to pay before they will put proper length screws in the signs. Buyer beware!
