Service: I picked Alexis as my hair stylist and I was able to book an appointment the very next day. I picked a few hair inspo pics by Alexis on the Hairbend IG. She absolutely delivered. Alexis was warm and welcoming, and she knew just what to do to bring my hair back to life. I just gave her full reign and she also knew what to do based on the inspo (of hers) I shared. I love my layered cut and I got a root touch up with an all over gloss. The before and after pics are insane. Although I didn't get another color done (I'm in my black hair era) I know I will be coming back to Hairbend for my hair cut/color needs whenever I change my mind. My 21st birthday was coming up so she was able to compromise an appropriate pricing and time for me. Erica gave me beautiful highlights and lightened up my hair since it's heavy and thick. I spent about three hours getting my hair washed, colored and styled. I think if you have a date at the hair salon, you just need to expect to make a block of time for it. However, this was a bad assumption on my part. She was rude when I pointed out what I was unhappy with - mainly the drab, ashy color and the difference on one side from the other!
