I'm 27 and started at 186 and ended at 159. The 'coaches' are super responsive to your questions via text or email, you'll find yourself asking a lot of questions at the start. The weigh-ins were super quick and informative. The thing that got me to stick with it were the daily weigh ins, you literally watch the scale go down every morning it's like a competition with yourself. I'm writing this review because it not only worked but the weight stayed off. I ended my first round just before thanksgiving and once the holidays rolled around I was not eating responsibly and I didn't gain the weight back. I also found myself not as hungry which might've made the difference as well. Currently on a short 23 day round and doing another 40 day before my wedding in April. My medication was to be refilled with the same dosage that I am currently taking, but there was a dosage discrepancy in their records, therefore I needed to let Ewa know what's my current dosage, but I forgot, therefore it was decided that I should call Ewa as soon as I got home and let her know. Within an hour she called me to remind me to provide her my current dosage. That's the high level of patient dedication that most other medical providers do not provide. Staff such as these ladies is what makes this practice amazing!
