Inna Topiler is one of the most empathic and kindest healthcare practitioners I have had the pleasure to work with. As someone who has successfully dealt with health problems of her own (hypothyroidism - see her website), she truly understands her patients and is able to put herself in their shoes. Her approach is highly integrative and she will treat conditions that many other doctors stubbornly ignore (or deny the existence of) such as adrenal fatigue and leaky gut syndrome. She works with supplements and herbs, which to me is far preferable to harsh pharmaceuticals that are more likely to induce side effects. When you first see her, she will perform any necessary tests or have you order them, including saliva, stool and hair - tests that many conventional doctors do not offer, but which are still - in my opinion - extremely valid and often more accurate than blood tests (which she is unable to order as a nutritionist in the state of NJ). For blood tests, she works with local doctors, so if you need tests that your doctor is refusing to do, she can request that they do the tests on her behalf. What's more, she's always up-to-date with the latest research, patiently explains everything and encourages a partnership with her patients as equals. I'm highly impressed with how Inna will always go the extra mile. She is always very kind to promptly answer my emailed questions between appointments and her staff are also very friendly and efficient. Like many in her field, Inna doesn't take insurance, but will draw you up a super bill to submit to your insurance. Compared to others in her field, I find her prices to be very reasonable. I also appreciate that at times she has wanted to give me samples of certain supplements before I buy them to see if they are right for me personally and save me money in case they aren't. Inna has an amazingly positive attitude, which rubs off on her clients, and is a strong believer that a happy mind goes hand in hand with a happy body, an aspect that many other practitioners neglect. In essence, Inna is a true healer who genuinely cares about her clients' health. Such people are not easy to find, so when you do you treasure them even more. I have been under the care of Alyssa Cellini since last summer. I am so pleased with the results currently achieved so far since following her direction. I feel healthier and lighter than before. I had two doctors who recommended getting my weight under control and one recommended a nutritionist. This is my first time talking to a nutritionist like about my weight and body. I've been under the supervision of Beth and last summer when I first came to the offices, it was to treat my acne which had gotten pretty out of hand due to some imbalances in my body that I just couldn't figure out why. I was eating the healthiest I had ever eaten, even Beth was impressed by my diet but something was obviously wrong. I didn't want to see any derms because I didn't want to go down the route of antibiotics and other oral medication they usually prescribe, I was so over it. Instead I took home some tests that evaluate what's going on in your body more in-depth than your regular doctor would be able to see. Once the test results come back Beth was able to put me on a "cleanse" of vitamins and supplements (QUITE a few) and pretty quickly my skin cleared up. All the big cystic hormonal zits ceased to exist. I followed up several more times and close to a year later I'm still taking the vitamin regimen which includes omega-3, multi vitamins, probiotics...things that everyone should be taking anyway so I don't mind. Inna and her staff are phenomenal. One month into treatment and I'm already seeing/feeling a difference. Whereas some nutritionists just give you a diet plan, she requires blood work, hair and urine samples, etc to really get to the root of the problem and figure out what's going on. Inna has been an integral part of my health/wellness plan for the past several years. She is truly passionate about what she does and truly cares about each individual client. I came to Inna for fatigue, not sleeping and weight gain. The education in nutrition she gave me and continues to give me is priceless and has improved the quality of my life.
