Dr J. is hands down the most accepting, caring, and supportive medical professional I have ever worked with. I've been working with Dr. J for almost 3 months and the X-Rays prove that he has made progress on my neck and back. I also feel a noticeable improvement compared to before working with him. Joanne handles all my insurance and if I ever need to reschedule they are immensely accommodating. They are an incredible team and I am so lucky to have them both. If you're looking for a caring provider who embodies mental and self wellness, you've come to the right place. 10000/5.

Yes, of course, they do that too, but what sets them apart are the little things that they do to prevent injury and suggestions for making you a better you. I've seen Dr Kiberd and her team for several years now - worked through injuries - and try to go frequently for tuneups. I've worked with their trainer, Matt, on lifting technique, used acupuncture and massage services as well. The entire process is seamless. The team is super accommodating. Appointments aren't rushed. You feel like you're being focused on. Yet, somehow, they are almost always on time and highly respectful of your time. I would recommend highly and have sent many of my team here.

I have been coming to UWC for years due to various injuries (back - herniated disk, shoulder - torn…read morelabrum, foot - neuroma) and I can definitively say they are one of the best places to get treatment. Not only do they help alleviate any acute and immediate pain, more importantly, they take a holistic approach to overall health management which helps prevent further issues. This is why they have a strength coach, acupuncturist, nutritionist, physical therapist in addition to chiropractors. I now hear they have an incoming podiatrist. I have seen all of these individuals: Dr. Kiberd, Dr. Clarke, Matt, Bethany, Megan and Dr. Splichal. It is so rare to find people so competent in all their respective fields all under one roof. This is how they able to treat more than just symptoms, they attack the underlying root causes helping to create sustainable health. The main focus of going now is more maintenance and continued improvement in my health. I can't recommend this place enough!

The adjustment itself was precise and never forceful. Immediate results: easier rotation in my neck, less pressure in my lower back, and my posture felt "reset." What I loved most was the after-care: simple stretches, breathing cues, and desk/posture tips I can actually keep up with. Highly recommend!

I shot him an email, and he got back to me quickly with comprehensive answers to my questions. It wasn't until another couple months that I saw him (because of school & personal budgetary reasons), but when I did, I could tell I was in good hands. It was difficult for me to say exactly where the problem was, but thanks to his attention to detail, he was able to identify where I had the issue. He also provided anatomical visuals on his computer so that I could understand it too. After going at it with him for like 5-6 sessions, I would say I'm like 95% better, which is beyond what I thought possible. Dr. Yu-King's got magic hands to fix your pain! He's also knowledgeable with stretches and exercises to aid your muscle/fascia-related problems. But on top of that, he explains things clearly, gets to the root cause of the issues, and is also an extremely caring & personable dude. I'm 100% glad I made the decision to see him!

I had a very unpleasant experience with Dr. Sam Libenzon at 121 60th Street in New York City…read more Although we were not there to see him specifically, he was at the front desk and told us he would be with us shortly. After several minutes passed--and even after a phone call--he continued to ignore us. When we asked about it, he claimed he didn't remember saying he would assist us and made it clear that he did not work for the doctor we were there to see. He then went back to doing paperwork without offering any help or direction. When I expressed how unprofessional his behavior was, he responded with clear sarcasm, saying, "They always say that." I'm honestly glad he wasn't our doctor, because if his bedside manner is anything like his front-desk demeanor, I worry for anyone under his care. Afterward, I looked up his reviews and saw I'm not alone--others have also mentioned his sarcastic attitude. I would not recommend anyone choose Dr. Libenzon as their chiropractor. No degree justifies treating people with such disregard and arrogance.

I have been seeing him for several years now and I highly recommend regular visits for anyone! Manual work (deep tissue sports massages) are incredibly useful for anyone with muscle tightness, which can be a significant contributor to back/joint issues. Dr. Kanevsky is patient, intelligent, and flexible/accommodating at all times. Scheduling appointments over email is very easy. He also takes time to educate you on things you can be doing differently/exercises you can do at home. He does not push for unnecessary visits and over adjust (hyper mobility) like some other doctors. Prior to adjustments, he provides manual work/massaging, ultrasound, heat, electrical stimulation on muscle groups, and even stretching. This is very useful prior to adjusting, or else tense muscles will often revert the adjustment. I HIGHLY recommend seeing Dr Kanevsky for any chiropractic needs.

The receptionist there is very friendly as well. I went there for a spine readjustment as I have multiple issues with my spine. Dr. Rosato was not only warm and friendly, but patient and explained his process clearly andwalked me through each step. There is this heating mat with these tourmaline and jade stones placed on my back first to give this pulse of heat to warm the muscles. We then went with a massager after with some muscle warming salve to keep muscles from being sore afterwards. Finally, he slowly proceeded to make the spinal adjustments which used to scare me with other chiropractors in the past due to my crooked spine but Dr. Rosato was so patient with my anxiety and walked me through each step while putting me at ease the entire time. He has such knowledge of health and nutrition besides just medicine. It was such a pleasure to find someone who is more of a naturopathic doctor. I would definitely keep coming back to Dr. Rosato at the ChiroclinicHK!

As you mentioned, I did use ZocDoc, a 3rd party provider and I have never had any other issues in all the years I have used them. Perhaps, If you have any issues with your ZocDoc and the appointments clients are making through ZocDoc you might consider not utilizing this service any further so as to not cause any problems in the future with your clients. Clients use this service and trust this services to make life easier on everyone becuaes all the inforomation for such appointments are already downloaded and stored in one place for convenience. If this service is not working for your office please don't use it so clients don't waist time going to confirmed appointments that your office does not know about. Also, the 1 star review is give is not because of any mix up between this office and ZocDoc or me changing my appointments. The low star review is because of how I was spoken to and how I was treated directly by Dr. G when I was at the office on 6/6. I was trying to figure out what the diconnect was because I received confirmations for my appointmnet. This simple matter could have been dealt with in a professional and understanding manner and I would have come back and made another appointment only if things had been handled differently. Instead, I was greated with "Who are you" and told "well I sould not be changing my appointments around". Please consider that clients and prospective clients are coming to get releif for physical pain and if they are treated poorly or uncomfortably they will not want to come back or refer anyone else to come see you.
