(Hubba hubba! ) The rooms are nice and cozy. I'm five months pregnant and she didn't mind me tossing and turning every second! Haha She was so easy to talk to, I wish I could find a nail technician like her back home. Never had a bad experience, I only went there when I was in town. Anyways this year I came to town, contacted her and asked for an appt. I realized now she's the only one working there which will make sense as you read my review. She is so spacey, does NOT pay attention to detail at all I don't even know how she has a business if it's still even running. She put me down on the wrong date TWICE, no show me once and canceled me 30min before I was set to see her. I was so understanding at first until today when she totally screwed me over!!!! She cancels me because her boyfriend got arrested supposedly. I have been trying to get my lashes done since LAST Thursday, it's not Wednesday of the following week. She always came up with an excuse of why she had her dates wrong or why she can't keep my appt etc. I'm mostly upset because I had to scramble to find someone to do them today since I leave for a 4 day wedding in Sun Valley tomorrow morning. Not only that but my fill was more expensive now since I was past my 2 week mark. She didn't care about a thing!!!! At first she offered to Venmo me which I agreed to since she stood me up and HER no show policy is she charged 100% of the service so I figured yeah you can Venmo me since you no show me and late canceled me. I gave her time to make it right and she hasn't and probably was never going to actually Venmo me. DO NOT GO TO HER AND GIVE HER EVEN ONCE SECOND OF YOUR TIME . Horrible communication and I forgot to add when she no showed I was calling her and texting her because I could not find her business that I drove to from Boise to Nampa which was over 20min.

You can't just do this stuff watching videos! I continue to be impressed with Clayton's abilities--and his dedication to constantly getting better. I always seem to learn something during my treatments--because he is always learning himself. My brow experience was fantastic. No pain (and I am a huge pain wimp), very efficient (but not rushed at all), and they look and feel GREAT. Even on Day One (no pain!). Clayton also listens well, takes time to find out what YOU want...but also gives his opinion when you want it--and you should. After all, he IS a trained and very experienced professional! His opinion/advice are part of what I am happy to pay for. This is about the sixth different (facial, lashes, etc.) service I've received from Clayton over the years, and perhaps the 20th overall with Clayton. His facility is clean, bright, comfortable, clean, relaxing, clean....did I mention that it's clean? One thing I noticed from my very first appointment with him years ago, is his attention to the safety and hygienic conditions of his place, tools and services. He was wearing gloves and a surgical mask LONG before they were cool. ;-D I also like getting my skin treatments and products from him -- he puts a lot of thought into selecting what will really work for you. As for the product I purchase, he is very patient about making sure I know what I'm doing with the stuff! Clayton makes the whole experience a pleasure. And let's face it--usually getting lashes or brows done is not "fun." But because of Clayton's personality and caring, I really look forward to my time at Meraki Skin Spa. I relax, knowing I am in really good hands, with someone who has my best interests at heart.
