Cassie is part magician part miracle worker. She has amazing color correction skills and I cannot say enough amazing things about her work. I found Cassie after I'd made a horrible mistake and let a student 'practice' on my hair. The student fried my hair and I left with an orange head. Their first solution was to do an all over dark color which immediately faded back to orange. It was so bad. Within 2 sessions Cassie carefully and skillfully was able to recreate my original hair color using a 1/4 inch of new growth and old pictures. I am SO GRATEFUL! I really wanted to like this place. however the hair dresser I used was not great. in fact she probably gives a bad reputation to other stylist at this spa because of how I have to rate her. Daughter had grow out from highlights ...pretty common blonde highlights. first try color was orange and she sent her home crying. Called in and got her to redo it...well it was worse. she literally just died the grow out blonde. My other daughter when in and her roots were not even colored for an all over color. I just had a microblading procedure done on my eyebrows by Gina at Beau Monde Spa on Cole this morning. What an excellent experience! Gina thoroughly explained the procedure, what to expect during the healing process and how to properly care for the treated area afterwards. She showed me the tools she would use and had a thorough contract that was clear and easy to understand. The treatment room was extremely clean and sanitary. We discussed the problems in my brows (thinning from over plucking and a bald spot from a scar) and made a plan together to create a natural look. Gina took the time to give me a variety of color options and asked me my opinion every step of the way. I have spent years struggling with cosmetics to obtain fullness and symmetry in my brows, and was never happy with any of the products I tried. I love that I can make an appointment using schedulicity. There is nothing I hate more than asking,"well do you have an opening on this day? How about this day?" Went in to get my hilights touched up and left with bright orange roots. And the stylists thought this was acceptable to have me leave like that. There was a blonde doing hair in the chair next to me who sent out a client with pretty hilights, but I wasn't so lucky. Also a lot of the staff looks a little "rough around the edges" I wouldn't recommend this place, I had to go elsewhere to get my hilights fixed the next day. It was a disaster. read more
