If I could give this place a zero I would. I have been with Fabutan since 2015 (multiple locations…read morein BC) and have never experienced such horrible customer service. The red hair girl working this evening (November 14 at 7 pm), Kelsey I believe, is an awful representative for the brand. My friend had an eyelash appointment earlier in the day and mentioned she wanted to get a spray tan later with a friend but we had an event and did not know when it would end. Taylor, booked us in for 6 pm and said that we could come anytime before 8 pm as that was the next appointment. Just before we showed up at 6:45 pm, the red hair girl called and said we are being charged a no show fee. At no point was this mentioned to my friend earlier in the day, especially since she told Taylor that we would be late. If this was the case, we would not have made the appointment. Upon arrival, the girl was cold and said that we could not get a spray tan this evening as the entire night was filled. She then spent the next 25 minutes trying to explain how a business worked in a condescending tone. After she repeatedly cut me off from speaking, I asked for her name, which she refused to provide. I then asked for the contact information of the manager or owner, which again she refused to provide. I then asked how I am supposed to make a complaint and she stated that I could not. My friend and I will not be returning to ANY Fabutan location after this experience. Her staff clearly provided the wrong information to my friend and all we were searching for was a solution, which she failed to provide. I will note that no one entered the spray tan booth for the 25 minutes that she wasted giving us a lecture on profits.

I spent a lot of money getting my lashes filled and eyebrows waxed and laminated. This was the…read moreworst experience I've ever had! Once the tint came off my eyebrows, I realized half my brow was missing on both sides. For my lashes I needed to get them removed and redone as they were all glued together. I called Pink With Envy to let them know and they said their policy is to let them know within 24 hours. I have never complained about an establishment but this was an absolutely horrible experience. I highly recommend going elsewhere!

I have never been so unhappy with a spa experience ever. I regularly get pedicures and manicures…read moreand I decided to try out Spa Pure in Kamloops because of their lower prices. To be fair, I do suffer from dry skin and my cuticles are quite dry. However, I believe that is NO excuse to leave with three (heavily) bleeding cuticles because the manicurist rushed and cut me three times!! I have been to other places in Kamloops and other cities (with the same dry cuticles as I always have) and have never, ever left with worse cuticles than I came in with! Everyone was pleasant and the colour/paint job was just fine, but I am extremely upset and grossed out by my now bleeding fingers, to which I immediately applied Polysporin and bandaids to stop infection and the bleeding. The front desk receptionist gave me 25% off but I will still never go back or recommend this Spa to anyone.
