Fortunately the first time I walked in here I was able to make an appointment for later that day with Paislee who is everything I look for in a stylist. I've had her cut my hair twice now and both times I walked out of the salon feeling incredible. She's the first person who has understood what I meant when I said I want long hair with lots of layers but I don't want to come out of it looking like Jennifer Aniston. She makes my hair look funky yet professional. She's also great to chat with. One of my favourite parts about the salon itself is how much fun the staff seem to be having. Lowlights which then came out orange (I'm not joking), which they did not seem apologetic about at all despite it being very different than the colour we had discussed before (chocolate brown, only a few shades darker than my natural colour). Charged me $180 + tip for something completely wrong. Second time I made an appointment for a quick cut a few days in advance. Once I showed up right on time, I sat there for 45 mins as they cut the hair of three walk-in's first. Michelle is originally from South Korea and is likely the most talented stylist I have ever gone to. She cut my hair with 3 stacked scissors like Edward Scissor hands haha (never seen this before and was initially a bit alarming) However this is the most precision hair cut and style I have ever had. I requested a trim, but she explained I needed more so trusted she knew what she was doing. I never write reviews, but Michelle deserves recognition. She should have her own salon. Her training in South Korea has benefited my hair in a huge way. First time ever that I left a salon and didn't want to go home and restyle it. Oh, and I always go to high end salons.
