I have never been so unhappy with a spa experience ever. I regularly get pedicures and manicures…read moreand I decided to try out Spa Pure in Kamloops because of their lower prices. To be fair, I do suffer from dry skin and my cuticles are quite dry. However, I believe that is NO excuse to leave with three (heavily) bleeding cuticles because the manicurist rushed and cut me three times!! I have been to other places in Kamloops and other cities (with the same dry cuticles as I always have) and have never, ever left with worse cuticles than I came in with! Everyone was pleasant and the colour/paint job was just fine, but I am extremely upset and grossed out by my now bleeding fingers, to which I immediately applied Polysporin and bandaids to stop infection and the bleeding. The front desk receptionist gave me 25% off but I will still never go back or recommend this Spa to anyone.
