I understand sometimes there is no update, but there should have been communication as to why diagnostics were taking so long, what motherboard chip was ordered, how long it takes to receive, when turnaround time would be to install. After all that, my laptop was sent back from Florida since the chip would take a month to receive from China. This place said the chip was ordered 7/30, mind you they had my laptop since 7/1. That was my only update for weeks. They never even asked me if I wanted to wait for the chip! Now I'm asking for a refund and guess what, no one is calling me back. The district manager Ashley has to review...well ok, how long does that take...another few months?! It is not asking too much for a customer to be provided updates and calls are returned in 24 hours and options are provided to resolve an issue.
