Short hair, glasses older lady who acts like you are hurting her by shopping at this store. Everything is all over the place so you have to ask for help which is super annoying. The selection is also bizarre I came looking for 7 different things and only found 2. As we checked out on the screen flashed a coupon and she refused to honor it saying oh that's not current. It says March and it's March. I don't know if they're trying to operate on their own but also use cooperate things but if you have a coupon up you need to honor it. This is not the first time she's refused to honor a coupon either. I have another friend who watched a gentleman fuss with her about the same thing. She also had a complete attitude about opening the restroom. I get locking it but then don't make it obvious you don't want to walk back to open it. It's free to be nice and actually makes people want to shop there.

You didn't even use the handicap space infront of your own place of work. The only reason I know this is because I had to take someone in my house for a emergency visit to the dentist. Instead of going inside, I sat in my car. Especially during this time of social distancing, just to be polite. This guy was parked in the spot for over 45 min! During this time I watched an actual handicap person park in a normal spot a walk, instead of being super lazy and rude. Unlike the empoyee who is wasn't actually working that day but kept going behind the counter while his "cool sports car" was parked in a handicap space. Your a less then awesome person.

If you have been in one Vitamin Shoppe, you have been in them all!…read more This particular location is right on East West Connector and shares a large shopping center with the likes of Moe's, Panera and more notably, Lowe's! When coming in off of EW, you will see Lowe's on the right and if you keep left, you will see Vitamin Shoppe tucked away in the corner! Given its location in a shopping center, parking is never an issue. I stopped by for a particular supplement/powder that I had researched online, and so when I arrived I knew what I was after. The staff on hand immediately saw me enter and offered her assistance. I told her what I was looking for and she directed me right to it. From there I wondered around the store, as one does at a vitamin shop. During my wondering, the young lady working would check on me periodically to make sure I knew she was there to assist when needed. She also apologized for the "mess" in the store, as they were shifting a few displays and reorganizing some of the products. After a few minutes, I ended up at the register and the same staff member was there to check me out. She was again kind, friendly, helpful and all around fantastic to deal with! I have been to a few different Vitamin Shoppe's around the country and I can say that this location has the best service and kindest folks I have experienced to date! Overall, I do not frequent Vitamin Shoppe too often as the prices aren't the most competitive, but when I am in need or in the neighborhood, I can see myself using this location as my absolute go-to!
