I believe it was ionized because I had a headache for the first few days of drinking it, which can be a common side effect when starting ionized water. There was only one person working at the time, and she seemed a bit short with me, but I try to give people the benefit of the doubt, so I'd still like to go back and give it another try.

I find when I go in to buy something my doctor has recommended I should take that, without knowing my doctor has prescribed an item, when I ask for that item their advice is the same as my doctor's. That's why I shop exclusively at this GNC and at no other. The women, and even the men, that work at this GNC also have provided me with valuable information about some of my autoimmune disorders - especially my fibromyalgia. For example people with fibromyalgia usually respond positively to an increased magnesium supplement, however, I experience extremely negative GI side effects from taking magnesium, so I don't take it. One of the women at this store knew of a doctor who has created a type of magnesium supplement that you take in the morning and it slowly releases very small amounts into your body throughout the day she recalled the website with all the information about it and gave it to me. Advice like that is few and far between and well worth the drive to receive. In summary, I could buy my supplements anywhere, but advice such as I can get at this store is rarely found anywhere and is worth the drive. I HIGH RECOMMEND this store.

I did all the standard tests in the hospital and then went to the gastro guy to check all of my organs and gastro system. They found nothing. Told me I was fine. I went in and without saying one word about what was going on, she nailed the three biggest things I was concerned about before I said word ONE. Through her Iridology work she told me I had gray mold in my upper transverse colon, an issue with absorbing calcium, D3 and a whole lot of other nutrients. She said I probably had high cholesterol but not naturally, but because I my gallbladder and liver was not functioning properly. After her analysis I told her what had been going on which lined up with what my challenges were. Low vitamin d, high cholesterol and inability to lose weight because I was not absorbing foods properly. The mold was a whole other issues. She spend 2 hours with me, gave me supplements to address my problem and put me on a special diet to get rid of the mold. Within 2 weeks I was feeling myself again.
