Short hair, glasses older lady who acts like you are hurting her by shopping at this store. Everything is all over the place so you have to ask for help which is super annoying. The selection is also bizarre I came looking for 7 different things and only found 2. As we checked out on the screen flashed a coupon and she refused to honor it saying oh that's not current. She also had a complete attitude about opening the restroom. I get locking it but then don't make it obvious you don't want to walk back to open it. It's free to be nice and actually makes people want to shop there.
