They requested a video call to give an accurate estimate of how many movers and trucks we would need. When their estimate came in (5 movers, 3 trucks and 7 hours) we thought that seemed a bit much but we deferred to their experience. I am giving them 2 stars because they did arrive on time, they generally protected our furniture and homes, The team leader was polite enough and the initial customer service was good - up until moving day. Things we had problems with: 1) The 5 movers were very disorganized and inefficient. This meant they couldn't load all the furniture we requested and during unloading they still went more than 2 hours past their own unloading estimate. When my husband found items in incorrect rooms, they failed to put them in correct rooms, despite repeated requests. We are still finding clearly labeled boxes and furniture in the wrong rooms. 2) The movers used my husband's tools without his permission and still did not assemble the items they were using the tools on correctly. 3) The amount of truck space was mis-estimated. The second truck had barely anything in it. Perhaps because they didn't load all they said they would, but that second truck was expensive. 4) Despite expressing concerns they damaged several items and dented our basement ceiling. 5) And finally, I reached out to them 3 times to try to resolve the issues. Each time they set up a call, which I rearranged my work schedule to take, and then ghosted me. We delayed finishing our move almost 2 weeks because we hoped they would make things right, but they failed repeatedly to communicate. In the end, after paying them over $3k for an incomplete move, my husband and I still had to rent a uhaul to finish our move. I will never use their services again and I recommend you don't either.

I hired Haul All after they came out to provide an estimate, and I was immediately impressed by their thoroughness. They clearly explained what services they could provide and what precautions would need to be in place to safely complete the job--something no other company took the time to do. That level of detail is what made me choose them. The team spent five hours dismantling and removing a 10x12 building, which ended up being two full loads--a significant amount of work. Throughout the process, they were incredibly kind and respectful, both in our phone communications and in their interactions with my mom, who was onsite. Since I couldn't be there in person, they kept me updated with regular progress reports and photos, which I really appreciated. I was extremely impressed by their professionalism, work ethic, and communication. Their price was beyond fair for the service they provided. I highly recommend Haul All for any demolition or hauling needs.

The items were not stacked professionally and unreturned to my contents today and discovered several broken items!! After the sell this week, I went back to the unit to have my contents moved into the new home. I discovered broken and damaged furniture and a tv. I was told by Chuck at Accelerated that my move would take three professional movers 6 to 8 hours…read moreand cost about $2,500. Instead, one professional showed up with two trainees who had to be taught on the job. The move dragged on until 10:30 PM, nearly a third of my belongings were left behind, and boxes that were moved were mislabeled or put in the wrong rooms. Despite leaving the job incomplete, they still handed me a bill for more than $4,000. I refused to sign because the work was not finished. The next day I had to hire another licensed mover for $3,000 just to complete the job. AJ, the owner, claimed only four hours of work remained and that his same three guys could come back Monday to finish. That was not an option, as the house needed to be cleared Sunday. In reality, it took a five man crew five hours on Sunday to finish the work. Not only did Accelerated Deliveries fail to complete the job, the part they did complete almost made things worse. Items meant for downstairs were put upstairs, belongings were left piled in the garage, and one of the crew admitted it was only his second day ever moving. I hired them because of their reviews, but after working with them it seems like they are more suited for moving college dorm rooms than a 5,000 square foot house. AJ, the owner, was cool and apologetic on the phone, but then he followed up by sending me a demand letter for payment on an incomplete job. UPDATE: I've disputed the charges with AJ the owner and he has not been responsive in a resolution. He fraudulently processed a payment on our credit card with no authorization form. He pulled the card info from our deposit and charged the card without our permission despite a very transparent dispute of the chargers and me having to hire another company that cost me $3,000+ to finish their job.

No-Show on Move Day - Left Us Scrambling With No Help…read more I confirmed a move with this company on July 9th for August 2nd. I paid a $50 deposit and agreed to a clearly outlined rate of $282/hour for 4 movers, with an estimated 8 hours of labor and 1 hour of travel time. The move was local--just 1.1 miles from one 4-bedroom home to another. A week before the move, I received a confirmation email and even called the company with a question. They answered promptly, and everything seemed in order. Then, 20 minutes before the scheduled move time on August 2nd, I got a call saying they couldn't come. Their reason? One of their two drivers quit, and they had no one to operate their non-CDL 26-ft trucks. I was told the earliest they could move me was Monday, August 4th. I made it clear that I had to be out of my house by Sunday, August 3rd, and waiting until Monday was not an option. I asked for alternatives--a late Saturday move, a Sunday move, a discount, a referral to another provider--anything. The manager told me, "Sorry, there's nothing we can do," and only offered to return my deposit. It took nearly 72 hours for a confirmation email to be sent that my deposit was refunded and that was only after I emailed the business and requested it . Because of their last-minute cancellation, my wife and I had to move every box ourselves in a Ford Edge and a Nissan Altima. It took us 8 hours in the summer heat with no help. We still had to hire last-minute movers for the following day to move the large items that we were unable to fit in our cars. Because of the last-minute timing forced on us, we had to pay $1500+ for only 4 hours of work. This was completely unprofessional, irresponsible, and left us stranded on a major life transition. I strongly urge anyone reading this not to trust Accelerated Deliveries, or Chuck, and to look elsewhere for movers.

Brooke was recommended to me by a mutual friend who happened to also run the homecare agency. I texted Brooke on a Friday afternoon not anticipating a return call or text until the following week but she called me that night and I was immediately impressed with her just over the phone. Brooke came and gave us a quote to clean out the home. She was professional, friendly and caring. We realized our kids played baseball for the same league so she kept up with me through out my grandmothers illness. My granny ended up passing away and the home was left for my sister and I to deal with. My granny was a collector of many things and it was a tremendous job to clean it out. Brooke, her assistant and her husband came to help us finish the job doing the hardest part which was emptying out a very full and very hot attic (in July). They also helped me clean out the last two rooms. They were very careful and meticulous to leave anything that could be of value out for me. The times that I couldn't be there with them they actually packed items in boxes for me. I couldn't recommend this company more. They are caring, hard working, empathetic and they did an amazing job cleaning out the rooms and attic we hired them for. What I love about this company is I felt cared for and they were comforting me as we did this very hard task right after loosing my grandmother. I can tell this isn't just a job for them they actually see it as an opportunity to serve you in a time of need. If you need your home decluttered, cleaned out, organized, or packed to move I would recommend them 10 out of 10. The company name says it all. carefree moving. They took a very stressful situation and helped take the stress and pressure off of my sister and I. I also believe price wise they are very competitive with other companies and gave us a great rate. It was very affordable for what we hired them to do. Don't hesitate just reach out. You will not be disappointed.

Run, don't walk away from this totally unprofessional & incompetent moving company…read more We booked Roma for Saturday June 18th. Arrival time was supposed to be between 9-10am. I received a phone call from Alex at 7:43am, informing me that they had a couple call outs the night before, and they would have to cancel our move that day. He informed me they could do the move Monday, and asked if that would work for us. I said no, that Sunday would be acceptable. Alex informed me he would forward that information to the office and someone would be in touch. That was the last I heard from anyone at this company. I tried to reach out to him on Saturday evening to ask if they were going to be able to move us Sunday, and got zero response. Moving is a large stressful ordeal as it is, get a real professional moving company instead of dealing with these clowns. Their contract totally covers their ass with regard to the customer canceling, but offers no protection for the customer when and if they totally dissappear on you. Everything we own was packed and ready to go for our Saturday morning move, and we are left to try to find another company, on very short notice, to move us ASAP because of Alex and Roma Movings total incompetence, and lack of professionalism. Read the other bad reviews and sprint away from this company. At least they were never able to destroy our personal belongings like all the other bad reviews have stated.

Let me start by saying responsiveness wasn't an issue to get started... they were fast and…read moreresponsive in coordinating a simple furniture move a week in advance. (That's impressive). However, things got a bit clunky after that... the day before the move I was called to confirm the foreman would call me to tell me he was 30-minutes out. (Fair enough). The day of the move... the window I was supposed to expect them came and went - no call, no nothing. I was meeting them at a location, so that was a bit strange. I called and that guy was fine saying he'd call the foreman, but then he hung up and I never heard from him again. Eventually the foreman called very apologetic (I appreciated that) and noted he had folks out due to covid, etc. but had one guy on the way and he'd call me again). The move ultimately started 1-hour late. Fine. I wasn't happy, but I didn't hold it against the guy - I was grateful for the help. They did a decent enough job loading the truck of 3 large pieces of furniture.... however, when we got to the final destination it was obvious they had dinged things and scratched quite a bit. (I MEAN A LOT)! The guest mover guy blatantly scratched the side of my desk with his belt and looked at me in hopes that I wouldn't notice. Oh - I noticed. It was BAD. This same guy was clearly smoking in the car ride too...... (and I don't mean cigarettes). Again, FINE - but a 2-hour move cost me a minimum $$ and they scratched the heck out of the furniture. I got a deal on the purchase, so I neglected to make a big deal out of it, not to mention I just sensed they'd get super defensive and I wasn't interested in the battle on a Sunday. Just proceed with awareness. If you have fine items or furniture you don't want dinged, you may want to look elsewhere, if you want a basic, affordable move? these guys are just fine. The foreman gets the credit, he did his best - he was professional and certainly courteous but the whole experience left me less than "over the moon". We've had great movers - but you PAY for them.
