The lady at the store was dismissive and treated us like folks who walked in by mistake. From the moment we walked in (no hello, no greeting, just a blank and cold stare) to her assuming right off the bat that we wanted premade drapes ("we don't sell premade drapes"), it was a case study in how to NOT treat customers. It took us having to literally prove to her with pictures of our windows that we were seriously in the market for drapes. She was not willing to share even basic information like the price range for different fabric options nor was she willing to even talk about the types of options available. Her tone, tenor and attitude clearly said "I don't care for you". It was only after we told her the color of our walls by sharing the Sherwin Williams color code / name did she realize we weren't turnips that fell off the back of a truck. Up until that point she was dismissive to say the least. Even assuming we were just browsing, imagine if she had presented the brand, the store and the offerings in a positive and vibrant manner. In today's digital first world, why would you ignore and insult customers who drive across town and walk into your store? It was very clear that we were not welcome and she made no attempt to even mask it. Her loss will be another store's gain! Stay away from this store unless you like to be treated like yesterday's bread. To the owners: I hope you recognize and respect that customers come in as many shades as your fabric display!

My mom sent payments to Flo in February with an estimated turn around time of 8-10 weeks. Flo has been RADIO SILENT and here we are in September. Flo has the barstools which themselves were $5,500 before tax and she has around $2k of payments from my mom. No one can get ahold of Flo, not even my moms interior designer who's in charge of the project. Without any explanation from Flo on the delay or status of the work, we are all left under the assumption that this is theft. My mother is newly widowed and this bench Flo was to make was a way to bring our old home with our dad to her new home. Flo has taken advantage of my mom and stolen at least $7500 in cash and goods from her. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH FLO OR ANY OF HER AFFILIATED BUSINESSES. This has been taken to the appropriate authorities but all those who are thinking of trusting Flo should be aware and instead go with an honest and ethical business.
