Had my mother's chair for 3 1/2 months, never finished the chair. Gave excuse after excuse after excuse. Picked up the chair with the cushion and skirt done, but rest of chair untouched. Would have given no stars, but actual sewing part of cushion was done to perfection, lining up pattern perfectly. Very disapointing! Apparently, the father is the one who does all upholstering. Son is very nice, but nice doesn't get the job done. Really no excuse could be given. This was a real waste of time. read more

My chairs were not reupholstered exactly as described. After reviewing the text messages between me and Mr. Dellinger as to how the chairs were to have been upholstered, I was assured that they would redo the portion of the chairs that were upholstered with the wrong fabric (I had 2 different fabrics for the chairs). Mr. Dellinger asked if I would kindly wait until after the Thanksgiving holiday which I did. When I called back after Thanksgiving, they again were too busy and asked that I wait until after Christmas which I did. It's the middle of January. Phone calls and texts are not returned. They get an A for the upholstery job, but an F for customer satisfaction. Very pricey. If you decide to use them, get in writing EXACTLY what you want. I did, but that didn't help. I should have read the reviews ahead of time, but previously I had great results. I too would have given no stars for such unacceptable service.. I gave them two cushions-simple cushions on May 20, 2016. I was promised the cushions in 7-10 days. I must say I was shocked at what they were charging me-over three times what I had paid before, but I needed them completed by a specific time frame and decided to go ahead with these. Time went on and then after many attempts to contact the son about the status (10-15 text messages and 5-8 unanswered calls) I got one response saying he would charge me half the stated price and they could bring down the following week (two weeks ago-long after I needed them). I text him several times and left messages to make arrangements for the delivery. Finally a month and a half later I decided to drive up to Maiden and pick them up myself. I walked in, only to find the chair and the fabric had never even been touched! What a dissappointment and waste of time. Avoid doing business with this company! read more

I gave them my cushions to recover on January 27 with their promise to have them back in 3 weeks. They weren't returned for 3 months! I kept contacting them, and Frank kept giving one excuse after another which is totally unacceptable. Work was OK; however, I won't give them my business again. read more
