He told me I can come anytime in the evening when there's more than one person and that what Antonio had told me was incorrect. So I returned yet again after work at 5:30pm on Tuesday. Antonio was very rude and tried to refuse me service again because there was only him and Luis working (which was a lie). Only after I told him that I spoke with the manager did he disappear into the back and bring out a 3rd staff member, Augusto, to help me. There's no reason why it took 3 separate visits to be able to get this service done, especially given that it literally takes less than 5 minutes.
