I paid out of pocket using a credit card on the day I got the equipment (two seperate instances). Total was $971.87. Ever since then they have billed me for the complete amount even though it was paid at the time. Each time I received a bill, I contacted them. Twice in person at the Bethlehem office (with copies of my credit card statement in hand) and at least three other times by calling the billing office number on ths statement. Each time I asked that they let my know that the issue had been resolved. No one has done that, and I continue to get monthly statements stating that I owe $971.87. Now they are threatening to turn it over to an "outside collection agency". Just awful customer service.

I would give a 5 star on them alone. so they are getting the 3 star today due to the fact the company is the worst company in the USA for assisting customers to get to the department they need or to even bother to answer their phones. I honestly believe on Fridays, they just pick their phone up and place it on hold again for the next agent who does the same thing. I have ADHD and one of the hardest things for me to do is check my emails. Why? I have no clue. I found I had an unpaid bill since January which I have talked to billing about so many times, my hair has gone from a lovely brown to solid white. I finally got a human being and told them let me just pay the *blanking* thing. I also explained I was not upset with her but with Lincare's phone system and their new 'awesome' patient portal. I was on hold for over two hours on the one call I made and finally disconnected. Someone picked the call up at the 25 min wait time I was told it would take (by the answer bot) had and placed me on hold again. On the second half of the call I waited over 40 minutes before I finally hung up and contacted customer service. The same thing happened there. I even tried the patient portal and after a bunch of bs, the portal said my account number was incorrect and I did not exist. So totally angry and in ADHD tears of frustration, I called billing in Fayetteville and the system sent me over to supplies. The lady I spoke with was so kind and helpful. Once she placed the order they said they have waiting, she helped me get in touch with billing. Hats off to her. Wish I could remember her name. Same with the next lady. I paid the bill and I do believe it was paid for originally but someone in the company did not enter the information correctly. More than likely one of the department heads, which speaking of them, I'm to point I'm sure they have theirs up their collective a$$e$. The only thing from there is that there is no where to go in the company to file a complaint, they don't have the ability to do that either. I read the reviews from Reverent R, Ben C and Bruce H and get the impression this is what happens on a consistant basis. Y'all probably need to be audited. I'm closing this out with only one more thing to say.... Lincare, clean up your act before you lose some of the easiest money you make with medical supplies. My ex use to work in the divsion which separated the oxygen from all the others for the tanks. Lindy Air was a good company and y'all lost it due to your crappy business towards customers. I should have contacted Fayetteville first.
