On 4/29, they send me a email asking me to contact them so they can go ahead and deliver the arrangement for 4/29! I sent them an email because at this point, I never received an email stating it was delivered and they were closed by then. I was very upset. This morning I got an email stating that my order was canceled and I will be receiving a refund. POOR BUSINESS ETHICS!!!

The most recent experience was not good at all. The bouquet was AWFUL. I paid $97 for an arrangement to be delivered ($18 of it was delivery) and it looked like a $15 arrangement that you would get in a bouquet at the grocery store stuck it is a square vase. There were so many gaps in between all the flowers and the flowers were puny. I called and expressed my concerns about the quality and arrangement and they did not seem to care AT ALL. They said "I'm sorry you feel that way" and rattled off how many flowers were in the arrangement. It doesn't matter how many flowers are in there, it's not what I was expecting to get for the amount I paid. It was not even half of what I was expecting OR what they advertise online. I am pretty uderstanding and do realize that they will not always look like they will online but you do expect to have the fullness and unfortunately this last time was no where near full. Since we were coming from Atlanta for the funeral, I needed the florist to deliver it to the funeral home with instructions that it would go to the church. Not sure if I can blame them for the flowers not making it to the church or cemetery, however I can feel some sort of way for them not getting the names on the card right. They're probably not used to having two men's names on a condolence card, but is it that much of a stretch? Instead of David K & Eddie L it became David, Kae, and Eddie L. COME ON! I was never able to see my arrangement and I can only hope it had the lilies I requested (and none of the carnations I expressly forbid). Oh, the prices on their website are significantly higher than what you'll be quoted if you call them. Delivery was less than $5 and I feel like they were pretty fair considering what I paid.
