I wanted to complement Sherri from, 'Carols Floral Creations.' A few weeks ago she put together the most beautiful flower arrangement that many had ever seen, myself included. Today she went out of her way again. Sherri took flowers to my sister. My niece was not there, Sherri called and told me about the issue and asked me to locate my niece. However, I could not. Sherri was concerned the flowers may not make it with the 90 degree weather for any length of time. On her own Sherri drove back to my sisters home to get the flowers so they wouldn't wilt, she was going to deliver them the following day. Thankfully my niece had arrived home by then. Sherri is the most talented kindest gal that I've met in a very long time, God Bless her.

Got an email 2 days later stating I needed to contact them because the florist didn't have the "orchid" which went in the arrangement! They will get it and send it out. I said you didn't deliver it! I said this is unacceptable. I was assured that this could be delivered. The person on the phone offered me a $20.00 refund. Wow! They were suppose to let me know the day it got delivered! On 4/29, they send me a email asking me to contact them so they can go ahead and deliver the arrangement for 4/29! I sent them an email because at this point, I never received an email stating it was delivered and they were closed by then. I was very upset. This morning I got an email stating that my order was canceled and I will be receiving a refund. POOR BUSINESS ETHICS!!!
