The balance and the flowers chosen for this arrangement was well thought out and I just have to say it was outstanding. As a retired FTD florist/ shop owner, I am very critical of arrangements I receive (I never tell the sender). But I am proud to say I did not move a single flower in this arrangement. Before selling my shop and going to work in our other family business (joining my husband), I had four full time designers and two part time. There were four shops in town. Ours stood out thanks to my great staff and a mother who taught me design at age 16. I am telling this long story because it is difficult to pick a shop if you are new, or calling in an order. On Thursday, I ordered Mother's Day flowers online for next-day delivery. Within an hour, the florist called to let me know they don't normally deliver to that area. She asked if it would be okay to move the delivery to Saturday, when they'd have extra help available, and also asked whether they could make a few substitutions if certain flowers weren't in stock. The arrangement turned out beautiful and very close to what I originally ordered.
