This shop had a good collection of tires for all occasions. The shop had several employees and every one of them was extremely helpful. I asked for guidance on touring tires and got help immediately. Rather than trying to just sell some tires, I was given pro's and con's of each brand for my touring needs. The employee also tried to talk me out of buying new tires insisting I could get another 1000 mikes on them by rotating my present tires. My desire was to put on a new set so I could finish my ride to Oregon without any tire problems. He put on the new Michelin's and alleviated my worries about goat heads by putting slime in the tubes. This is a great bike shop and my friend and I left extremely satisfied!

I had purchased my road bike from another local shop and was having fit issues. The other shop did not take me seriously. The guy basically told me any bike would be uncomfortable for me since I am quite a bit larger than the average cyclist. When the mileages tracker on my bike stopped working, I decided to try another shop. Not only were they able to fix it, they adjusted my bike to fit better and showed me the proper way to get on and off my bike. Since then, this is the only place I've purchased any of my cycling gear and had our bikes tuned up. I also went to Bike Outlet to get bikes for my 8 and 10 year olds. They were so great with the kids and did an amazing job making them feel comfortable, find the right bike and helmets that fit.

I was thinking I would have to fork over $400 for a new shock and then I heard about Trail Labs LLC from my SORBA group. Emailed William and he was quick to reply. The cost to repair wasn't much more than a rebuild/service and I figured it was worth a try. Needed an extra part or two so took a little longer than expected but he was upfront about that. In the end, I got back what looked like a brand new shock that works perfectly. Very satisfied with Trail Labs.
