I was thinking I would have to fork over $400 for a new shock and then I heard about Trail Labs LLC from my SORBA group. Emailed William and he was quick to reply. Apparently, breaking the damper is an issue with these shocks. Anyway, he was very communicative and up front. The cost to repair wasn't much more than a rebuild/service and I figured it was worth a try. Needed an extra part or two so took a little longer than expected but he was upfront about that. In the end, I got back what looked like a brand new shock that works perfectly. Very satisfied with Trail Labs.
