I told them I had to prioritize cost over quality (i.e., I need to stick to the allotted time and not go over), and let me tell you, what they do in that time is phenomenal. Things SPARKLE. I ended up having to end the service because of changes to my income, but if I could afford them regularly, I would hire them again in an instant.

Since we already had received our insurance settlement, Cameo was able to provide a reduction in replacement cost, as they only had to deal with us for payment. The whole replacement process was very professional and efficient. It felt good to work with Cameo. We got their quote and finalized the contract in late July, and the roof installation was done on 8/17. Materials had been delivered a couple of weeks earlier, by a company that hires vets. An ex-Marine drove the truck. Nice. The roofing crew started work early on 8/17, and they didn't stop until everything was done. It took about twelve hours to do that, and the new roof looks great! (I'm sure the music they played inspired them to get the job done.) Cameo also replace the roof on the house next door. Good job there too. Need a roof? We'd recommend hiring Cameo.

He was professional and friendly at all times, responded quickly, came on time, did what he promised, was willing to explain when asked questions, meticulous in all aspects of the painting, and his price was reasonable. His assistant was just as careful and friendly. We considered them trustworthy and felt comfortable leaving them alone in the house. We have already hired John to come back and paint trim and a few more rooms, since he's so much better and faster than I! I recommend John Carney enthusiastically as an excellent painter and wonderful person who's a pleasure to work with. Mary Ellen D., Columbia, MO

There was one minor change order due to our request. The workers were superb craftsmen, the owner was on site at least 6 different times. The weather was wet a few days and workers still kept to their tasks. The interior work was exceptional and pleasing with little interruptions to our lifestyle. We are very pleased with the finished work to the deck, railing and new stairwell. The reconfigured deck and removal of the double door with a new window installed in our bedroom went beautifully. We highly recommend Enrich for your future remodeling or construction needs. All five of the team worked hard and were very careful with the lawn and all work outside and inside. Thanks

Certainly not precision construction who did the original work. However they were hired to repair the issue. Our association hired Jim Pellock at Percision construction to come up with an appropriate solution. These panels were put down last fall and that's when I started to express my concerns to our homeowners association regarding the workmanship. As the temperature rises the panels buckle significantly and omit a horrible odor that makes it impossible to open our sliding glass door and enjoy any breeze when it's above 75°. Upon complaining to Crescent Green Condominium Association, the response back from our management company diversified via our HOA, was that Jim suggested that I place a rug down on my patio to remedy the problem. Jim also offered me an additional option, of choosing a different type of surface for an up charge of $2000 at my own expense. Additionally, The surface is almost impossible to sweep with the broom and I even had to buy a shop vac to address just maintenance as far as leaves and pollen. I can live with that piece, however I cannot live with the smell nor the fact that as the temperature increases the panels buckle significantly. What is it going to look like when we hit 95°?

We worked with Mike Clubb, who helped make everything go as smooth as possible during the purchasing process and thoroughly answered all of my many annoying questions regarding each type of flooring. Mike Hux installed our floors and did a fantastic job. I remember him specifically saying, "I will work as hard on your house as I would on mine", and he wasnt kidding. Mike did a fantastic job and we are so proud of the way it looks in our home! On top of that, he showed up each day with a great attitude and was really enjoyable to be around. It is always so refreshing having people work in your home who you can trust and feel comfortable around. Our dogs loved him too! To no fault of CV, we required an additional touch up on our floor because we decided to move a door in our hallway AFTER the floors were already installed. Shane Hux responded to our request in a timely manner and MADE TIME for us even with his busy schedule (most of the floor installers are booked several weeks in advance). After we spoke on the phone, Shane came out to the house at 9pm on a Sunday to help us get the rest of our flooring completed, but his job was no easy task. He had to hammer, stomp, and hand-fabricate several pieces in order to get everything where it needed to be. The job was tough, but he never complained once and was very enjoyable to be around/speak with. I appreciated his great attitude, work ethic, and kind demeanor. I am grateful for my experience with Carpet Value and would recommend them for anyone on their next flooring project. To Mike Clubb, Mike Hux, and Shane Hux....thank you! -Tyler Clark
