I sent them some metals to be refine, Stacy told me to take 2 to 3 weeks and they take 10 to 50%…read morerefining fee. I was kind of puzzled when they never notified me that my items are received it I never received any sort of inventory ticket of items that I sent, that is normal for any refinery to do. 2 to 3 weeks turn into 23 months I got no response from anyone, Stacy finally passed the buck to her boss jim who told me that he was busy and he will get on it soon. After about four months I was told my items are finally ready and when I receive their statement I was surprised to see a 25% processing fee and a lot of the items I have since were not on the docket. When I contacted the owner jim COM Ma he's a very belligerent arrogant and did not apologize for the missing items, after the fact he sent me a bogus ticket of items that I sent, nothing matched. When I requested the metals to be sent instead of the check,(I would not trust these people with a check)I got more delays and more excuses, jim told me here to refine things a little more for some reason, after hearing the excuse of next week, next week, for almost another six weeks. I finally contacted the local police, postal inspector, and the attorney general. I finally receive my metals, but had nothing to do with the items I sent, it was a bag of mystery powder that did not match the receipt that was supposed to be sent. After many days of phone calls not returned, I got a rude text from jim saying that the "magic dust "was worth about 30% more than the spot value of the metals. I would not trust these people or recommend you sending any items to them. Stacy and jim seem to be compulsive liars and ConMan

Sewer lines needed to be replaced. The workers came out and worked in the rain to get it…read morecompleted. I went out to take a picture of how deep it was and was told the porch was compromised since they had removed dirt from under wooden porch. So they took a picture. They finished, said they would be back to smooth the huge pile of dirt out and put grass seed down. The biggest thing is they didn't put much dirt back under the wooden porch. Is it still compromised? Could very well be. They refuse to come back and finish the job. They certainly don't follow thru but were very thorough about making sure they get paid. Find someone else!
