Six days before my appointment, I both emailed and text to verify my insurance plan would be accepted. I received no response. On the day of my appointment, Tabatha called to harass and interrogate me for "not showing up", while gaslighting me into believing I had never reached out at all, despite the fact that I had the emails and text to prove it. Instead of admitting the mistake, she doubled down, speaking to me in a condescending tone. To make matters worse, she later openly admitted she ignored my messages because she felt it was a waste of time to respond. This is, without question, the worst office staff experience I have ever had. The dentist deserves better representation at the front desk, because Tabatha's behavior drives patients away.
