    I LOVE Kaitlyn (hygenist), Dentist Jon Miller, and the staff here. They are ALL so sweet. I've been coming here for years and always feel like I'm seeing friends. I always feel like I get an honest opinion no matter what. My teeth come out super clean and I get great advice (dental and life if I ask for it :-). Most recently I had my baby with me during the day and I asked if it was ok. Not only was it ok, but the staff was so kind that they watched her the WHOLE time! For a TWO hour appointment! They were all so loving and caring with her . I got to nurse her there too. I love love love this place. My husband comes here too and loves it too.

She is obnoxious, unprofessional, and condescending. Six days before my appointment, I both emailed and text to verify my insurance plan would be accepted. I received no response. On the day of my appointment, Tabatha called to harass and interrogate me for "not showing up", while gaslighting me into believing I had never reached out at all, despite the fact that I had the emails and text to prove it. Instead of admitting the mistake, she doubled down, speaking to me in a condescending tone. To make matters worse, she later openly admitted she ignored my messages because she felt it was a waste of time to respond. This is, without question, the worst office staff experience I have ever had. The dentist deserves better representation at the front desk, because Tabatha's behavior drives patients away.

    I wanted to share my experience so other patients know to carefully review treatment plans,…read moreprocedure codes, and pricing before proceeding. I initially came to this office for an emergency visit when a crown came off and paid a significant amount out of pocket. When I later received my explanation of benefits, the crown was shown as not covered, which led to confusion. At a subsequent visit, I was told I needed an onlay. However, the treatment estimate I received listed crowns and core buildups instead. I questioned why a crown was being coded when my prior crown had not been covered and why the pricing was higher than typical onlay costs. I later contacted my insurance directly and was told that crowns are covered at 60%, which added to my confusion since this had not been clearly explained to me upfront, and the billing details I was given at the office did not feel consistent or transparent. During my appointment, I was then told I actually needed two onlays and a filling, which was different from what I had initially been told. When I asked to see the specific onlay procedure codes so I could review them myself, it took time to get a clear answer, and although codes were eventually provided, the total cost remained the same as the original crown-based estimate. Because the explanations and treatment details kept changing, I ultimately felt uncomfortable moving forward and decided to cancel my appointment before any treatment was performed. I was able to get the office to provide written confirmation that I was not charged. I'm sharing this so other patients know to pay close attention.
