Best dentist we've ever had. Love Dr Miller and his hygienists. I'm not the easiest patient or parent (my kids go to him also) to deal with but he's very accommodating. An amazing dentist and office. I will never go anywhere else if I can help it. I've had other dentists try to pressure me into services I was skeptical about (fillings, invisalign, even a root canal!). At this point, Dr. Miller is the only dentist I trust not to do this, as he has demonstrated that he is willing to wait to see if possible problems actually become problems, instead of just breaking out the drill. With the work Dr. Miller has done on my teeth, I have never had any issues, while fillings done more recently by other dentists have cracked and had to be redone. All of the hygienists and receptionists are lovely too. Depending on your insurance situation, this office is unfortunately pretty pricey. However, I have found it to be worth it for the peace of mind that I am not getting unnecessary work done, and what I must have done is of good quality. read more

I LOVE Kaitlyn (hygenist), Dentist Jon Miller, and the staff here. They are ALL so sweet. I've been coming here for years and always feel like I'm seeing friends. I always feel like I get an honest opinion no matter what. My teeth come out super clean and I get great advice (dental and life if I ask for it :-). Most recently I had my baby with me during the day and I asked if it was ok. Not only was it ok, but the staff was so kind that they watched her the WHOLE time! For a TWO hour appointment! They were all so loving and caring with her . I got to nurse her there too. I love love love this place. My husband comes here too and loves it too. read more

Dr. Miller and his staff is so compassionate , been willing to go out of their way for their patients I've been patient of Doctor Millers for over 20 years and I couldn't pick a more fabulous dentist and I'm deathly afraid a dentist like a big baby. He by far is one of the most knowledgeable on what's occurring to cause you any sort of discomfort. His number one priority is to make you better. By far the worst dental office that I have ever experienced. I went to Dr. Miller last spring and they insisted on taking a full round of X-rays even though I already had a current set. This process took 1.5 hours because their X-ray machine was so old that the arm would move each time the technician clicked the button. Thanks for the extra radiation! Is this equipment from 1972? Last week I was experiencing terrible pain on the right side of my face. I called Dr. Millers office for an emergency visit. He poked around at my teeth, did not take X-rays, told me that I had TMJ and said I should see a facial specialist. The next day I woke up in so much pain that it went down I my knees. I was able to locate that the pain was coming from one specific tooth. I immediately called Dr. Millers office with this new info and asked if I could come in again. Tears were literally welling up in my eyes from the pain and the receptionist asked if she could call me back in 20 minutes because she had someone at the desk that she was helping. I called her back in 25 min and asked to pick up the X-rays so that I could go to anther dentist. She finally sounded alert as said it sounded like I needed a root canal and that there was no need to come back in to Dr. Miller to confirm. She then located an endodontist for me, made an appointment and wished me luck. Now it's time to have a crown put on and this guy is the last person I would trust for a procedure of any kind (not even a cleaning)! Also found out that he charged my insurance over $400 to poke around my mouth last week with the wrong diagnosis. And their office is always closed so it is nearly impossible to get in touch with anyone there for questions or appointments. My reco is to stay far far away from this one and go find a real dentist...not just one playing a role part time. read more

Dr. Jon Miller is an amazing dentist. His office is a small boutique location in the heart of Manhattan Beach and very unpretentious. Everyone that works there is super friendly. Great magazines and fresh coffee always ready. Dr. Miller is so gentle and calm when conducting all procedures. I have been going to him for 10 years and he is a true professional. He explains everything he is doing while he is doing it. His dental assistant Hilda is so sweet and kind too. He will suggest dental needs but is not pushy at all. He is very brilliant, but so humble and down to earth. Laurie the office manager is awesome too. Teeth cleaning ladies are good at what they do. You will leave with a sparkle and smooth silky teeth. I'm telling you, going in here is like getting a massage, pain free and relaxing. You will not be disappointed. They accept all insurances. read more

You won't find better than Dr. Jon. He is the best. Not only is he great at his work, but he is great with his patients. I had to get two caps put in and the appointment times they had available that week didn't work with my schedule. Dr Jon opened the office a half hour earlier just for me so he had enough time to do my crowns. I don't know many people who would do that for non-emergency. My entire visit from beginning to end was nothing but the best! The front office staff is so sweet and personable and truly welcomes you. I was referred to Dr Miller through a co-worker over 3 years ago now and have been making the trek from the Marina down to Manhattan Beach for visits. It's well worth the drive. The front desk staff, hygienist, and Dr Miller are happy, kind, caring, and knowledgeable. There isn't a wait and I've always been seen within 5 minutes of arrival. The hours are varied so they can work with your work schedule.
