I will never use them again.

The business is advertised as follow: "Since 1985, Jody's Tree Service has been providing professional tree services to all of Central Texas. We have expert knowledge and many years of experience with Oak Wilt and specialize in treating and removing hazardous trees. We are a family owned and operated, fully licensed, insured and bonded. Our employees adhere to the guidelines and procedures established by the International Society of Arboriculture, keeping safety as the top priority" Professional: The boss was on denial at first for the damage. Then he identified the employee responsible for the damage and suggested that we "physically" claim our damage on the poor employee, I don't even know what he meant by that. It definitely does not sound professional to me. Fully Licensed: There is a reason why businesses are required to operate insured. In instances like this a claim has to be filed. This business refuses to provide their insurance information, which puts me in doubt whether they are truly insured as they claim. Next thing I did is to professionally call on 04/04/2018 the business to get their mail address so I can legally and officially notify them about the damage. Jody hanged up the phone on me. Bottom of line my issue will be legally resolved regardless whether I get their insurance information or not. Save yourself and your neighbors a trouble and do not hire them for services.

Precision Landscaping installed a sprinkler system in our new home because they worked with our…read morecontractor (we didn't pick them). One of the sprinklers was spraying directly at our window, we called to have them adjust it, 2 weeks later we had to call our contractor to get the Precision guys to come out. It took them 2.5 weeks to come out for a 2 minute adjustment. Fast forward to 1 year later we had 7 trees we wanted to plant. I called them for a quote. $30/tree. Not bad and they knew where the sprinkler system was so we told them we wanted them to come out. They ignored my text/phone call for 1 week, texted 1 week later saying to "give them 1-2 days, they would have the trees installed" 1 week later I still haven't heard from them. Again waiting 2.5 weeks for them to do a job. I'm not saying that they don't do good work, our sprinkler system is fine and works, I'm saying that they probably won't get back to you in a timely manner and that is FRUSTRATING! Thankfully we found another company and our trees look beautiful. I'm not sure if they are so busy that they don't have time for mediocre jobs but all they had to do was call, explain they were busy and put me on the books. They didn't and for that reason I would NOT use them again.

His work ethic, focus on customer service, and attention to detail is why we hired him. From day one he did what he said he would, when he said he would. He is a busy guy but took the time to meet my husband and I at the nursery and spent hours picking the perfect custom water feature for our home. When his work was complete he took great care to clean up the job site including cleaning the driveway, sidewalks, and even the eves and trim of our home. His team treated our home as if it were their own and for this we are so grateful. His landscaping design is both beautiful and functional. Before every time it rained the large flower beds we have in front of our home would completely fill with water and the mulch would be blown all over the side walk and into the yard. Not anymore the day after Mr. Holt finished a huge rain storm came through and the new French drain he installed worked like a charm, the freshly installed mulch stayed put and no more mulch mess. We could not be happier, would recommend his services and will hire him again without hesitation.
