They did a fair job trimming the tree - only broke one piece of a fence rail. The problem was how one of the workers treated my dog. He had lost a leg a few months earlier. I was trying to let get him to go out to use the bathroom. When he did go out, one of the workers turned around,, raised his arms, and roared at my injured dog. It scared him quite a bit. The pricing was great and the guy that came to my house to give me the quote was really nice and knew what he was talking about. Unfortunately, they never showed up to cut my little tree. No calls or nothing. They told me the soonest they could do it was Thursday so I then tell my landlord that it would be cut by this date. So now it looks like I was lying. That is horrible and I only give one stars fir horrible and unprofessional behavior. This definitely deserves it. read more

I asked them to grind a 14 inch in diameter Oak stump that was in my yard for abt 3 years. It was 12 inches high and very hard wood. They sent me a text when they were on the way. Showed up on time and did great work! Sent me an invoice by email while crew of 4 men were on site. Very easy to pay invoice online with card. I also asked them to cut a 12 inch branch off an Ash tree and shred it. They agreed on the spot. Very friendly work crew. Great work! Highly recommended. read more

They gave me an estimate for 8 trees mind you. 4 being very large live oak trees. I agreed to their estimate and they emailed me a copy. They said they would call with a day and time, That's been at least two weeks ago. Still have not heard a word. So now I'm looking else where needless to say. Maybe they were good at one time. But sure are flaky now. So no I don't recommend them. If they can't get back to someone in that time frame, maybe their skills and job performance will be lacking also. read more

This company removed a tree from my front yard, a BIG one. I was pleased with the timely service and reasonable cost. They did, however, leave a huge mound of wood chips from the grinder over the spot of the old stump. It's going to take hours to shovel it all up. Wish they had cleaned it up before leaving. read more

These guys did a great job and showed up on the exact date. The pricing was not too bad either. I have yet to be able to go down and see the finished product, but my brother in law showed me pictures and they look good. Everything came out fine and I was able to split the payment into two dates relatively close to each other so I am happy. What they had removed was one silver maple tree and two hackberry trees. I worked with Amanda Matta and she was very professional when I spoke with her through emails and when I talked to her on the phone. I would recommend them.
