Let me begin by saying THANK YOU to this companies hard work. Funny enough I actually found this company though yelp. After my last cut, I finally felt inclined to leave a review on here. JW Lawn Care gets the job done, no matter what day of the week it is. These guys cut my lawn during a Sunday in which these guys normally have the day off. The reason cutting on their day of makes it such a significant event to me is that a majority of companies in Killeen would NEVER come in on a day off to service a customer. The reason I needed my lawn cut had to do with a house inspection/move out inspection coming up that Monday. I had no means to cut the lawn effectively and JW Lawn Care was smashed with a busy schedule and no time to effectively complete this cut. It was a surprise when the owner of the company called me and told me he would personally come out with his guys to service my lawn (very importantly, my OVERGROWN lawn). in very mucky weather, these guys got the job done not only meeting my standards, but exceeding the standards of my property owners. Because of how beautiful the property was, the owners of the house have asked me to stay because of the efforts put into this household. It is something they have not witnessed in the last 6 years and believed me to be a worthy tenant to care for their property. I have JW Lawn Care to thank for this amazing feat. I now continue to reside at my current residence due to JW Lawn Care's unbelievable commitment to customer service and their unshaken Duty to the Killeen area. I can honestly say nothing but great things about JW Lawn Care. We recently moved into Killeen, both my husband and I are always working and busy bees after work with our child and dog. Given that we not only live in a corner lot we have a huge yard and the thought of having to spend our day off in the weekend to mow it is never a good thing. I'm glad I found this company on Yelp, I always go by reviews and man were these true! Walter is such a nice and patient man, who honestly kept in touch and immediately added us into his schedule even after a week of crazy Texas rain. After calling multiple companies that said they would come out but never showed, I finally called JW. I wish I would have called them first. They were very nice, very punctual and did an amazing job on my overgrown and very messy lawn. They mowed, edged, trimmed the hedges, sprayed the weeds and cleaned everything up! The best company there is! We had about 2 hours until our sons outdoor birthday party. Between getting everything set up, we didn't have time to last minute cut our grass we forgot entirely about.
