As a city dweller all my life, had to refer to google. Turns out ash is great for wood burning.

Then he identified the employee responsible for the damage and suggested that we "physically" claim our damage on the poor employee, I don't even know what he meant by that. It definitely does not sound professional to me. Fully Licensed: There is a reason why businesses are required to operate insured. In instances like this a claim has to be filed. This business refuses to provide their insurance information, which puts me in doubt whether they are truly insured as they claim. Next thing I did is to professionally call on 04/04/2018 the business to get their mail address so I can legally and officially notify them about the damage. Jody hanged up the phone on me.
