Inside is definitely cleaner then other Carl's Jnr restaurants, although I do wish they would redesign - the front counter is weirdly hidden from entrance door and so is difficult to see first off. I have to say that I'm not the biggest fast food fan (and no I don't consider Burger Fuel fast food!!). However each time I've been to Carl's Jr. I'm impressed with their table service, speed and quality of food. I always order a pretty bog standard burger with some onion rings on the side. I love the quality of their ingredients and okay it's a little more expensive than some fast food outlets but this place has a great ambiance and table service to match. Battled for about 5 minutes with the person on the phone to understand our order. Got there and waited an hour. AN HOUR for side dishes? My daughter voiced her frustration about this to the lady and got an extremely rude response in return. We know the waiting time is nobodies but the chefs business, but to get a disgustingly rude response after already having to wait an hour is just not acceptable. Saddened by the service as we enjoy their food, but unsure whether we will support them again due to this. Something clearly went wrong there tonight and a simple kind response would have sufficed. Purely unacceptable for a place that isn't cheap to start with!
