It's clean and well lit. The prices are much more reasonable than some of the fancier locations. We have no complaints about access, it's a key-code to get in, and everything feels very secure. Even better, when nature calls, the bathrooms are accessible and clean. If you live in this area and need a storage option, you really should give this place a try!

Can you believe she even gave me a coffee and a donut, I plan to go back for lunch(LOL) and sign my deal. As I mentioned in my previous review, the movers were highly skilled and very experienced but mistakes were made that caused some damage to my furniture. We're human and we all make mistakes. Minor damage to furniture is a normal part of moving and I expected it when I hired this company. What I didn't expect was that the owner would take the time to contact me, to listen attentively to my complaints and then to respond by remedying the situation. I did not expect compassion, kindness or a human being at the end of the phone line who was deeply apologetic. I was very impressed with the humanity shown by Paul. Paul didn't just apologize for the mistakes made by his crew, he took responsibility and ownership for those mistakes. Sofa ruined, clothes ruined, papers ruined....all ruined. All you get is a claim for and a warning that "it typically goes nowhere. If you care about your things....DON'T STORE HERE!!!! I have lots of pictures and videos to show the issue there. UPDATE: Put all the boxes on the balcony with nice traps....and found two. Prices = very competitive. For the space I needed, lowest I could find in the GTA…read more Service = the managers they have there are generally very nice. Very personable, which can be difficult given the people/issues they can encounter. Facility: 1. Not the nicest, but it held our stuff well for more than 3 years, and none of it had issue with heat/cold, moisture, etc. 2. Elevator: the outages and issues that came with it were sometimes incredibly difficult to bear. They really need to fix this permanently. They have reasons for this (after discussion), and I sympathize, but this needs to get fixed. 3. Trolley: Constantly stolen, so moving lots of crap in/out can be a pain without the help. They need a system for this too. In conclusion, despite the issues, prices & service trump the issues, and I'd rent from them again with the same information I have now.
