I was about to get on twitter and ask for help from state troopers to pull us over because who knows what could happen. OTF, please don't let this happen again and check the trucks. Within a couple minutes, Will knew what the issue was, and we were able to go down to the auto parts store and purchase everything we needed for under $20. He was able to get the car running in less than an hour and went above and beyond to make modifications to one part I bought (battery bracket) because the store didn't have the exact type we needed. Will's work was pristine. I cannot say enough about how great of an experience this was. He is also very kind and pleasant! Additionally, I would like to note that he performed all repairs that were requested, he arrived within 25 minutes of my call, on a Sunday, in the snow, and had everything done within an hour (part of this hour was him waiting on my trip to the auto parts store!). This will be the only person I call for any mechanic needs. I've shared his contact info with my family and recommend him to everyone! I've dealt with several mobile mechanics in the Indy area and can say Will is obviously and by far the most knowledgeable, honest, and gets straight to the resolution of the issue. Ive known the owner and his employees for a very long time, and they have always been incredibly reliable. When I was in a collision all the way in Indianapolis, they were quick to respond and tow our car back to their lot in Danville, they also allowed us to remove all important belongings the same day, and were incredibly patient with us. The owner was very helpful on helping us find cost effective repair services, and overall did not "scam us" like some people claim he does. The Boys Roadside had ZERO customer service for my awful dilemma. I would give them zero stars or even try to take away stars from them if Yelp would allow it. DO NOT USE THEM!!
