Joe, the owner, answered the phone and I explained I was in need of an inspection cause I had let mine lapse. We were both able to laugh about the situation and he was able to squeeze me in the very next day! I dropped my car off at 7am and headed to work.. by 9am I got a call that it was complete! When I went in to pick it up he again joked with me and made light of the situation. Yoe Auto Service came recommended to me by a coworker and I couldn't have been more happy with the friendly service and timely manner in which he worked, though it was only for a state inspection I will certainly be back for all of my auto garage needs!

He went above and beyond with trying to find something that would work with our unique situation (highly recommend chris!). Lots of walking back and forth to the front office where they run the numbers. We ended up in a Honda that my fiancee loved. The numbers werent exactly what we wanted, but they were doable. We took the car on saturday and came back on monday to sign the papers. Well.... Monday was a horrible day. They had promised a certain amount for the trade in we had... and came back and tried to say that they were only giving us 1/4 of what they originally told us. I was not happy, you can't tell us one thing and then do another. I asked to speak to a manager, and they brought back this guy named tall older man named Tom. He came back already hostile and not willing to hear anything I was saying. He gave me attitude and continued to try to push buttons. He ended up walking away, in which I proceeded to voice my opinions loud enough that he responded to me by screaming in the showroom that I was shady customer, although we had be upfront and honest the entire time, after hes statement an employee by the door clapped. I proceeded to ask for the general manager, because I refused to be talked to like that. Travis came back, the sales general manager, he was great. He came back cool and collected. He listened to everything I had to say and he explained what he believes happened. He ended up keeping to the numbers we were promised on saturday and doing everything he could to fix the situation. At the end of the day we were treated great by Chris, Travis and the finance guy (cant remember his name =/ ) it was only the bad experience of overpromising and underdelivering by the finance guys in the front room and Tom that made our experience at Apple Ford a 3 star ( im giving 1 star for each of the guys that gave us outstanding service). My suggestion to you is to go there, there are some great guys in there.. but just be careful.

He guided me to a manager (Deb) who told me that 1000 dollar warranty only covered acid rain and bird droppings stuff. Now it would take less than 20 minutes for them to buff out one miniscule scratch and maintain good customer relations. The truck was bought new and bought there. If they put 1/10 of the effort in doing right instead of spending more time passing the buck or making the rules up as she goes along their score on Yelp might be better.

I checked with the person at the counter that all those services were on the reservation and would get done. This was confirmed. I called at 2:30pm and it was just then getting an oil change. And this person on the phone says the inspection and emissions are not on the order. And even if it was they "didnt have an inspector there today". Went to pickup and the person at the desk was the same that confirmed with me in the morning the services. I asked why I could not get the inspection and emissions. He gave some reason with almost no detail that their "system was messed up across the company" and then said "thats the government for you". So blamed a technical error on their end but then the government. Then to top it off the oil change cost more for the suv than it costs for my Ram with a Hemi. The communication was bad to nonexistent. Why was I not contacted when an error "with the system" was apparent? Why was I not contacted when our vehicle was done with the oil change/tire rotation? Why did it take 6 1/2 hours to get around to an 8am appointment? They had our vehicle for their entire business day and did not communicate or apologize for the inconvenience. They deflected blame and charged a high oil change price.

The owner always recognizes me, asks me how I've been, and it feels good knowing I'm more than just a number.
