After back and forth and back and forth and telling them I just wanted to return the system, they told me it would be a 15% re-stocking fee (about $500) since it was beyond 30 days. Incompetence and bad dealing. I can't believe that I would waste so much time, then add insult to injury by taking more time to return the system and charging me for their mistake. Unbelievable.

My wife finally talked me in to going to Road Runner December 2019 and I was sceptical and didn't want something to "mask" the problem. I wanted to fix it. After the analysis I bought shoes and ended up going back weeks later for the inserts. I am happy to say that the pain went away within weeks and after a few months I was able to walk barefoot again. I can now wear flipflops, boots, mowing shoes, walk around barefoot with NO PAIN!!!! It has been almost 2 years and I still use the inserts in my tennis shoes.
