We've ordered from here before and everything was fine. We order again tonight and the food arrives but the Japanese Chicken Wings were missing; we called them and they said they put it in the bag and we would get a call after 20 minutes. The call was never made to us and so we called them and they simply said we were lying. We asked to speak to the manager and they said he wasnt there and would be there after an hour. So we ask for the persons name whom I was speaking to and he replied with "Thats not important". They ended up saying that they would bring us the wings which would take an extra hour. By now 1 hour and 40 minutes have passed since we got the 5 out of 6 items. The wings arrive and the driver says, take it as complementry (as we refused to take it) and we'll give you the refund. We recieved no call back, so we call Just-Eat who speak to the manager and say they are not refunding anything or giving any discounts. Just-Eat kindly offered a voucher. Yokoso Sushi gave extremely poor customer service and unfortunantley we wont be ordering again. Friends and relatives know of this issue so they are likely to avoid them in the future. read more
