She then gave me the password, but I couldn't hear her, so I asked her to speak slowly. She rolled her eyes, started to get annoyed, and raised her voice. I told her it was my first time here and why couldn't she be more polite? How was I supposed to know everything? It's not okay to provide service like that. In the end, I didn't order anything, but my friends did because the kids were hungry. I just sat there and waited to go eat somewhere else. I would recommend going to another restaurant. There are plenty of Japanese restaurants in London. There's no need to eat at a place with terrible service, especially with a 10% service charge.
