They brought the veg to the table, along with a little grill and marinated meats. The herbs and spices were perfect. The mint really came through and there is nothing I could think of to improve this meal. But wait, there is more. In my job that includes perpetual overtime we decided to order from here tonight. We went more with the Thai side of the menu. There was red curry, 'spicy' roast duck, satay veg, and pandan chicken. AND FREE PRAWN CRACKERS!!!! The entree (pandan chicken), were triangles of chicken and stuff (it was all ground and smashed) placed into pandan leaves and then steamed or something. Nice aroma and some enjoyable subtle flavours. Don't get this if you want your mouth to be smacked with flavour, but get it for a light enjoyable entree. The three mains we split were all great. There was heaps of veg in all three. Satay veg was amazing and I would eat much more veg if all veg were like this. The roast duck was good, but the sauce made the dish. And the red curry was as expected, creamy and flavourful. I really wish it had more chili as the heat was lacking in my opinion.
