This Monday I was told only Saturday and Sunday are when the gluten free waffle cones are available. I'm worried about last Monday and the possibility that I could have had a non gluten waffle especially because I'm pregnant and don't want to harm my baby. Would have been 5 stars if I had known that last week. I really craved for a gluten waffle cone with the ice cream because I've never found a place that had the option. The staff is nice and the shop smells delicious! Wish they made the gluten free cones on the week days too. GLUTEN FREE WAFFLE CONES ARE ONLY AVAILABLE ON THE WEEKENDS!

Our GPS took us a back road to get there but when we got there it was ready and the staff kept it in a mini fridge to stay cool! So, I have places to go orders at a couple others and NONE had a mini fridge; they just leave it on the counter under "Pick Up". Now, I did not know before ordering that they had a drive thru; if I did I would have just ordered when we got there. But regardless, it was ready and kept cool. The cafe itself looks like a little small home, it's a good size to have enough guest eat and spaced out, had 2 good size restrooms. The staff were so friendly; all would say "Welcome to Tropical Cafe!" To each guest. The place was clean as well as the bathrooms. This may be new my favorite location to go to!

My grandson filled his to the top and his was over $14 which I think is absolutely ridiculous. Also, they have a tip screen when you try to pay with your credit card and it feels very pressured even though the employee does nothing the whole time you are there. I contacted the store (manager) and they stand by their policy that they charge $.75 an ounce as well as leaving the tip option on the credit card screen. I have no problem with them having a tip jar, but I do not like being pressured into leaving a tip. They need to have a sign up at the toppings warning that the toppings may greatly increase the price of your yogurt to a ridiculous amount of money if you add anything to it I will not be going back to this store. I would rather go to a place that lets you know the price upfront and does not charge outrageous fees.
