As someone brand new to yoga and YogaSix, all three classes I've taken so far have been a little challenging--but incredibly rewarding. Some of the poses were tough at first, but the instructors offered helpful cues and encouraged us to go at our own pace. It's definitely a learning curve, but I really enjoyed each session and can't wait to see my confidence and love for yoga continue to grow. I signed up for the introductory 3 classes for $36. I only ended up being able to attend one class before the others expired, but the class was amazing. I called my friend after the class and said, "I just took the best yoga class ever!" I wish I could still use the other 2 classes I purchased because there's no way I could ever afford a membership here. read more

I was looking for a new workout class after moving to the area and have fallen in love with the sculpt & flow classes. I take classes with Jalin & Beth and both are great instructors that challenge you in different ways. You get a full body workout with weights in a warm room so you get the added benefit of sweating which feels amazing afterwards. I gave taken a few classes there and I love, love, love the entire experience! The temperature in the room is perfect for my muscles to warm up quickly, and the stretches are a good challenge for strength with just the right amount of ease. Melodie is so incredible. I try to got a class anytime I can with her. If I forget my yoga mat, I can rent one that's fresh and clean. The darker lighting is set just right, the music hits the right note for the environmental tone, and it smells amazing. The piece-de-resistance is the icy cold towel with lavender fragrance you get to use after class ends. You get a good workout, with the right kind of stretches, and I left feeling better than I did when I got there. read more

I'm addicted!!! Loving Y6 Stevenson Ranch! It was definitely worth the wait! The instructors are great and very helpful with modifications in my practice since I deal with mobility issues. The heated room and sweating took some getting used to but now i find I actually enjoy the hot class!! The wellness advisors are very welcoming and Adnan the GM IS AWESOME! I absolutely love Yoga Six studio in Valenica. The front desk staff are welcoming, and the teachers are kind and knowledgeable, with the right balance of humor and encouragement. They all teach in different ways, but offer focused and challenging classes. All classes are gently heated or hot and, after over a year and a half of practicing in the heated studio, I have experienced less aches and pains and have noticed positive changes in my strength, flexibility, and stamina. Yoga Six offers gentle classes, like Restore and Mobility, advanced and challenging classes like Power and Sculpt & Flow, and some beautiful, basic yoga classes like Slow Flow and Hot. The community of people you will find here are diverse and open, and they feel like family. I always feel happy to arrive and settle onto my mat. I leave yoga class feeling like I can tackle daily challenges with a little more calm and ease. read more
