After having two babies, one in June 2023 and another in December 2024, and being on five tennis teams, you can imagine the amount of scar tissue, tightness, and tension built up in my body, especially around my stomach and abdomen. I just saw the response from the business owner and I really appreciate it. I was mainly upset to see that my son was in so much pain and I was so excited to bring him here so that it could relieve some of his aches only to find the place closed. I am beyond excited and fascinated insted with every aspect of Stretch Lab.... I am a 58 year old motion picture / television industry employee, the time one needs to keep themselves in a condition to weather the hours and physical responsibilities can be astronomical. To have attended three sessions in Santa Clarita and already be feeling the years of atrophy wearing off and regaining a pain free walk and existence is remarkable. The cost is reasonable, far more efficient than physical therapy which focuses on acute issues and injuries, stretching focuses on complete body health and flexibility. I had so many problems that I am convinced I'll be saying farewell to 2020. The staff from the desk to the general manager to the therapists are all top of the line, I couldn't come up with a complaint if I tried.... I love the stretch lab and look forward to my schedule time on Wednesday at 6:30 with Andy. I love this time as it is half way through my work week and it gets me through the rest of the week relaxed. I love Colby she is very friendly and helpful. Since I come the same time I only see a few of the front desk staff. Those I have met are very knowledgeable and helpful. Andy is awesome and knows the areas I need to be stretched. I can tell him what area is bothering me and he works on the areas. Everyone there has a compassion to have you feeling better. I have sciatica and arthritis and this helps me tremendously. One thing I always envied about professional athletes is their access to personal trainers who actually stretch them. There is only so much you can do on your own in terms of stretching, and that hands-on approach looks so effective. I love to exercise and am always on the go as a professional speaker and leadership consultant, but am just super stiff. So when I saw that StretchLab opened in Valencia, I was intrigued. It is a company that is devoted exclusively to hands-on stretching. They have a great introductory rate, so I decided to try it a few weeks ago and I have to say, it is absolutely extraordinary. I signed up to be a member immediately. Sarah, who is also a yoga and pilates instructor, has incredible insight and expert technique. She stretched my arms and legs in ways they have never been stretched. I was absolutely amazed. Not only do you leave feeling less stiff and more flexible, but I found that my energy levels increased dramatically for days afterward. StretchLab is such a unique gem in Valencia, and I can't recommend it enough. The staff is super nice, the facility is clean and welcoming, and the flexologists tailor their treatment directly to your needs. It really is a special place. read more

A friend raved about StretchLab after just a few sessions and as skeptical as I was, I gave it a try. I can't stress what a wonderful discovery this place was! It's like a massage and a physical therapy session rolled into one. I left feeling two inches taller and energized. After two visits, I was happily signing up for a trial membership and now after few months of weekly visits, I am feeling amazing! Chronic aches and pains are gone and I am so much more flexible. I am 56 and haven't gone back to regular gym workouts since COVID started and I was really hurting from the lack of supervised exercise. I HATE to stretch and this program never is uncomfortable and has taught me to vastly improve my mind and body connection. I feel so much better I am resuming working out again on my own at home. You do have to still wear a mask during your session, but it is not nearly as oppressive as trying to do a full gym workout in a mask. The flexologists are all outstanding and each has a slightly personalized approach to your wellness and they keep notes from sessions so other flexologists have a history of your progress. They are very communicative during the sessions and will work on those areas you feel need attention in the moment. Sarah G., the head flexologist, is just remarkable- so knowledgeable and attentive. Dawn is also great and always seems so happy to see me. Cindy, the front desk/office manager, is so accommodating and welcoming. Give this place a try, you won't regret it! It is a bit pricey, but I really feel I am getting my money's worth. Even if you don't do weekly sessions, once a month stretches, say in place of a massage, would still be well worth it. read more

I heard about Stretch Lab from a Facebook post. I liked the concept and it's only 3 miles from my home, so I biked over today for my first session. Very clean and professional setting, and I was taken in right at my 2p appointment. My instructor was Andy, who was experienced and very knowledgeable. You can book either a 25 minute session or a 50 minute session; I booked the 50 minute session. Andy took me through what I would describe as "hands-on guided stretching": like personal training, but focused on getting an expert stretch on all parts of the body. I felt incredible at the end of the session (like when I used to stretch on the wrestling team in college decades ago). I'm hooked! I signed up for eight 25-minute sessions for the month. Really nice piece of mind that it is not an annual contract (it runs month to month, and is cancellable). After the session, I left and continued to bike on the paseo (which is right there and really convenient for bikers) for another 8 miles. I am most surprised how good I felt on the bike ride after the session and even now 7 hours later. StretchLab is the real deal. GD read more

Oh. My. Gosh. I cannot say enough good things about this place. I got stretched by Andy a week ago and I had no idea what I was missing with assisted stretching. I'm a runner and 39 years old and the joints aren't working like they used to. He was awesome. Then yesterday I totally threw out my back and was freaking out because I have a late night flight out of LAX I have to take tonight so they squeezed me in. I immediately felt better with my muscles stretched properly. They are the reason I'll be able to travel tonight. I highly recommend them!! read more

Updated... I did experience a problem with their auto-billing, but thanks to Juliet and the competent management team it was corrected. I would recommend this place and this is why... I have been going to StretchLab Valencia since shortly after they opened. As an active person, I can definitely feel the difference between when I am taking care of my body and when I am not. In the months I have been coming I have noticed less daily aches, pains and discomfort from lingering long term injuries. The stretch professionals that have worked on me most are Juliet and Sarah. Both have been excellent about focusing on specific areas that are tight each visit. Earlier on though, due to my shifting schedule, I have been stretched by most of the stretch professionals on staff and felt each had an area of strength or unique specialty. All left me feeling positive about my stretch experience. Good group of folks here! read more

I was initially skeptical about stretch lab, as I work in health care and thought that this sort of thing is best managed with a physical therapist. Was I wrong! As an occupational therapist with years in the profession, I now see the benefits of having someone assist with actual stretching. This is as good as it gets in terms of feeling nurtured and actually getting rid of the aches and pains that I deal with on a daily basis--and at the price of a co-payment for physical therapy "treatment". Everyone that works there is certified in yoga, massage, personal training, etc, so they definitely know their kinesiology. I am so glad to have finally tried this place that I had always walked past on my way to Peet's Coffee. The place is spacious and everyone is masked. I felt safe. The first visit is only $59, so you really can't go wrong. Trust me, it's worth it. read more

I have been going here since they opened this year once a week. What an amazing difference in my life. Before coming to StretchLab I was in constant pain, mainly with my hip flexors and it hindered me doing a lot of things. I can't say how amazing Stretch Lab is. Everything from the staff to the facilities. More importantly is how it makes a difference in your ability bend over and tie your shoes, how you get in and out of your car and how you feel doing any physical activity.
