By then I'm on the waitlist for every class, position 3-7. The waitlist moves fast ~ 24 hrs prior to my class. That being said I have not been able to get into my class on numerous occasions. I have 4 class/month membership and can't actually get into 4 classes. Laughable. I think people sign up for any and all classes they may want to take and drop the day of. This should NOT be a major stressor in my life. 2 months in and I've cancelled my membership. What a waste. Not worth the stress & frustration.

However, my negative experience with Ben remains, and while I understand as a business owner myself how important reviews are, I will not be persuaded as I was today to remove my review. I'm allowed to go against the grain and share my experience. My experience and negative feelings towards the owners stand. I know many will benefit from this studio, but I experienced a different side of the ownership that I cannot unsee, mainly that they only care about money, as another reviewer pointed out, and it made me decide to never go there again. The way you talk to people is equally as important as what you've accomplished. Also, maybe don't post replies under Ben's account when you're emphasizing and choosing to focus on the fact that you're one of many female-run businesses (which I don't see as relevant in this discussion-good for you girl, but Ben still can't talk to people that way). Yes, your policies are your policies, but I explained my extenuating circumstances and it was the WAY Ben handled it. I would never want to interact with someone again after that. Also, when you called me twice Jaime and then texted me, I explained to you what the extenuating circumstance was, and there was no acknowledgment of it, just spiritual bypass and ingenuine comments, followed by a confusing message wishing me well. She has the perfect personality to teach Pilates and she's so patient with the newer clients and so genuinely warm! P.J. gave such clear and concise verbal instructions and cues when guiding us through all the movements and reminding us to breath. She's awesome! Also, I want to give another shout out to Stacy who I've taken multiple classes with over the year and I equally feel the same way about her. Stacy is so seasoned as an instructor and I always enjoy her classes.

I went to Butterfly after a serious medical issue with both achilles tendons that left me unable to…read morewalk normally. As a result of the medical issue, the muscles in my legs had atrophied to an alarming degree, as had my overall strength and mobility. After only 7 classes with Sandra, all personalized for me, I am walking without a cane and far more normally. My achilles may still need surgery down the road, but I have rediscovered my arm, leg and core strength in a way I never thought possible. Sandra is wonderful to work with, taking copious notes about my weight tolerance et al, and customizing my reformer workouts with the information. This studio and Sandra are amazing! Also I guess I did class during one of the popular times and there were at least 9 other students beside me . I couldn't understand and follow the instructor at all, after that experience I was little scared of trying another Pilates studio but I am so glad that I did tried Pilates Pros. At Pilates Pros Group Reformer Classes are limited to 4 people so instructor can pay almost individual attention and they are a great experience. Pilates Pros also offers Rollology and various other Mat classes which all are awesome . All the instructors are great and owner Mel is super nice and accommodating. Despite small class sizes prices are very competitive and I believe actually lower than most other Pilates studios. I am so glad to finally find my new favorite exercise place which I look forward to going to all the time.
