Plus they have boot camp and yoga classes. I've been a members of CFs all over the country and I must say the coaching and community here is the best I've seen. The coaches are super knowledgeable, and definitely push you to the right line. I've improved quickly here on barbell form and weights. The environment in the classes is welcoming; everyone is crazy friendly and encouraging. I'd recommend this gym to anyone and any fitness level. Just try!

The studio space is one big rectangle, with props and a desk at the front, and a bathroom and a piano at the back. The ceiling was painted a soothing shade of turquoise. I have Fibromyalgia, and decades of experience as an RN, and those left me with a great deal of pain, and injuries. Since I've been doing reformer Pilates, I can tell a tremendous difference in pain & inflammation reduction, improved flexibility, balance, and coordination. All of the instructors are incredible, and each brings their own unique style to the CP method of teaching. Every class is different and keeps the body guessing. Definitely listen to your body and the instructor, and don't forget to focus on mind-body connection, and slowing down the breath. I can do things most my age or older cannot do, and I will keep my body moving. Do Pilates, Do life!

A little coffee maker is available and a nice touch along with some drinks available for purchase for before or after a workout. Checkin on the iPad before you walk into the studio. Don't forget you have to wear grip socks for the workout! In the back is a bathroom and hooks with extra storage if you want to set your belongings down. The instructor cueing keeps your mind occupied the whole time and I love the challenging workouts! Don't forget to wipe off your equipment at the end of the workout. Seems like they have lots of fun workout events and celebrations throughout the year. I only wish I lived in town so I could get a membership and come all the time.
